Gwenny is a great van! She also comes with a "how to" app - howtosolis dot com (I can't put URLs in the description) I highly recommend downloading this before you rent to get familiar with some of the features of the van.I have converted the bed downstairs to a king size bed by adding a table to the garage space. This can be removed if you have taller things you'd like to store in the garage like more gear as the normal murphy bed is a queen.The van has a ton of storage, kitchen is fully stocked including cooking oil, spices, pots, pans, plates, silverware, napkins a french press, tea, coffee and a kettle.There is a washing tub for the dishes and a drying rack. I will show you how I clean dishes in the van to not get food in the gray water tank.Please bring your own queen/king size linens/sleeping bags and pillows. Towels are included. If you're traveling from out of town, let me know and I can provide linens if needed.A smart tv that swivels is located by the murphy bed. Can be used with a hotspot.Camping chairs are included and you have an option to use the propane fire pit and tank. Just let me know if you're interested in it and it will be your responsibility to refill the propane tank.Gwenny comes with a full wet bath that consists of a cassette toilet and shower. We ask that you dump your cassette toilet and rinse it after use. These can be dumped at most sites, a normal toilet, or a pit toilet. Please, no toilet paper or any other products in the cassette toilet, there is a small trash can on the wall for all items.Fuel, van propane, and propane tank (if used for fire pit) must be returned full.Please clean the van to the standard it was rented at. If it is not fully swept out, wiped down and things put back where they should be, there will be an extra charge.What's includedRecommendationsWe love taking our van to Hipcamp sites, national parks, and BLM land. Especially hipcamp sites at wineries! :)
Other things to noteGwenny does NOT have 4x4 capabilities so do not take it on sand, off-road, or any other places where 4x4 is needed. There is absolutely no smoking in or around our van. Dogs and cats are welcome in the van. Dog towels can be provided if needed.

The camper was ever better than described. So clean and had all we needed for our our three night trip. As a family of 4, sleeping was a breeze with the additional bed in the pop up area. We can’t wait to rent it again.

Excellent communication prior to rental, all our questions were answered quickly. Van in great mechanical shape, and turned out to be excellent for our family of 3. We were unplugged most nights, batteries charged quickly with solar when we remained parked, and the heater consumed very little propane (less than 1/4 tank in 10 days). Would absolutely rent again.

Q.Where do you dump cassette toilet?
A.
You will need to dump and clean the cassette toilet after use. You can dump the cassette toilet in any toilet or pit toilet and rinse it. You can also choose to pay an additional fee of $250 for me to dump it and clean it.
Q.What is the best resource for van functionality?
A.
Absolutely download the "how to" solis app https://howtosolis.com/. There you will find many videos on everything you need to know about how to operate the van. You will also get a walk-through with me upon pick up.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
You will not need to hook the van up at any site. The fresh water tank will be full and you'll be using a cassette toilet which you will need to dump and clean before returning. You can hook up the electrical at camp sites if you'd like.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We work remotely so pick up and drop off should be easy.
