Brand Newish, Sleeps 4, Great Living room, Kitchen Island. 2 Tvs, one 50 " in living room 32" in bedrom, Both smart. Electric fireplace, propane furnace, AC. 10 Cu. Ft. fridge-freezer. 3 burner stove top with oven, ample counter -prep space. Coffee bar area. Theater seating facing tv. Fold out couch for small bed. All kitchen utensils, plates, pots, pans included. Shower has seating area. Bedroom has queen bed, 3 door wardrobe and wall mounted tv.
Linens-towels not included. 2 awning outside, 9x12 rug, 2 very comfy chairs.
