We had an enjoyable time in our camper van. The pick up and drop off near the airport was a breeze. We were please with all of the communication via text and email. The directions were straightforward and easy to understand. The kitchen supplies were sufficient and included everything we needed to make meals while camping. A small pail/container to wash dishes and a kitchen towel would have been a plus but not necessarily important. The mattress was comfortable and the duvet was plenty warm. We loved the privacy of adding the window covers and the curtains too. We will definitely book with outdoorsy again!

The van was clean, in good working condition and set up with all the amenities we needed for camping over 4 days. Easy pick up and drop off with great instructions on how everything worked. Highly recommend!

We had a great trip traveling one way from San Francisco up to Portland while camping along the way. Communication and preparation were seamless from start to finish and any questions or concerns were addressed immediately both before and during the trip. The van was fully stocked with everything we could have wanted. The van drove well and was easy to navigate and get used to. I would highly recommend AIYRE Pacific and would take another trip in the future.

We loved having the van we flew into San Francisco and drove to Yosemite national Park. We spent the next 5 days hiking and camping. It was great having the supplies with us wherever we were set up for a quick lunch before a trail, appropriate clothing whether it was cool in the higher durations or hot in the lower elevations. We then drove North of San Francisco and stayed at "steep ravine" camp. In the morning watched whales go by. Would recommend the van for anyone who likes spontaneous adventures. The bed was comfortable and the camping equipment was very convenient.

This campervan is great for the price, particularly for 1-2 people, who are
not too tall. I am 5'2 so it was no trouble at all to get up into the van
to accomplish the adjustments necessary to create the bed or bench as
needed; insert and remove the sun blockers, etc. We had three people so
needed to continue to store or take out a back seat as we traveled around
to camp sites, which was a bit of a pain. The kitchen set was complete and
in excellent shape, and the shade structure and chairs easy to access and
assemble. The bed was quite comfortable. We did not need to use the table,
tent or shower. Both the owner and Outdoorsy were very responsive to our
questions both before and during the trip; and the instructions provided
were clear and useful. We forgot to check the cd player before we left, and
that ended up not working, with a cd stuck and unable to eject. Also, I
forgot to take photos of the van when we returned, to compare to photos
before we left ( I did take photos of the mileage and fuel). This caused me
a bit of unease when it seemed that the owner did not have someone to go
and check the van for over 24 hours after we returned. It occured to me
that something could have happened to the van in that timeframe, since it
is parked in a public area, so I highly recommend renters make a note to do
this. I have already recommended Outdoorsy to several friends. Thanks for
providing us with a great vehicle for our camping trip!

Van was wonderful. We took it to Yosemite for 5 days. The mileage allotment is very generous. Much better than other options we looked at. Mattress was comfortable and everything was as described. Two slept very comfortably. We used the stove, cutlery, camp chairs, and cups. Didn't use the shower at all so can't speak to that. Fast communication and it was easy to get into the van using a lock box. Mike parked it just a short way away from SFO airport. Only minor issue was that the second cigarette adaptor wasn't working, but we still had one so it was ok. I think I'd read on their website that there were curtains but we didn't find any and I'm not sure we can fault them for that because I don't see it listed anywhere on Outdoorsy as something that was promised. Note: Don't forget to buy propane for the stove.

There was an issue with picking up the vehicle as it was not ready at our scheduled time, Mike was able to accommodate and fix the situation. Overall I recommend this rental for camper vans.

Excellent Camper Van with all the needed equipment supplied! The bed is very comfortable and the dark-out screens are very effective. The customer service of AIYRE Pacific team is superb. We will definitely rent again!
