Spacious, recently renovated (spring 2018) pop-up camper that can comfortably sleep 2 adults and 4 kids - it has a queen size bed, full size bed, a couch that pulls out to a bed and the dining area that can be converted to a bed as well. The dinette seats four, with storage underneath containing supplies, games, books, and other necessities. Beds have memory foam mattresses and extra padding underneath for extra cozy nights. Small fridge runs on propane or electric. Heater runs on propane (but must have electric hooked up as well). Has water tank or can hookup to water. Linens supplied include: several dishtowels, wash cloths and pot holders, 5 bath towels, 4 wash cloths, sheets, 5 sleeping bags, and 4 pillows and pillow cases are provided. Cooking and eating supplies provided include: pots, pans, plates, bowls, utensils, toaster and small coffee maker are provided. We are happy to include extras such as fold up tables and chairs, awning, and more, at no extra cost. Just ask!The camper weighs about 2300 lbs. Towing vehicle must be fully insured and equipped with a 7-pin trailer connection (not a 4-pin to 7-pin adapter) and 2" ball hitch. Some small trucks can pull the pop-up, but be advised that if you want to take it into the mountains, you will want a bigger engine. V8 is strongly recommended, and your vehicle needs a tow package and brake controller--especially in the mountains. We'll give you all the instructions for how to set it up. We reserve the right to refuse rentals for vehicles that do not meet our safety standards or motor vehicle laws. Please feel free to contact us with questions about your tow vehicle! We are happy to help.
