No climbing on the roof, no smoking, no pets, no garbage left inside upon check out. All damage costs will be due upon check out in cash, if deposit does not cover the amount. A cleaning charge of $150 will be deducted from all deposits, and $50 will be charged additional for any garbage left in the camper. If pets are in camper, or if smoking in the camper, a $400 cleaning fee will be additional paid in cash at time of check out. No alterations to camper are permitted! IE: drilling wholes inside or outside the camper walls, tacking things to the walls, or spray painting of any part of the camper.
