We're conveniently located on the junction of Highway 50 and Highway 285, and quite literally right out our front door is endless exploration and recreation.2. Room TO Breathe
Our camper will fit the whole family with room to breathe. You'll be amazed by how spacious and modern it feels when you step inside. Beyond the huge living area and kitchen, there's a bathroom, 3 fold out queen size beds, a fold out couch, and a u-shaped dinette that makes for cherished family dinners (and also folds into another bed, if necessary). It comes loaded with everything you need, including:
• Pots + Pans + Dinnerware+Silverware
• Two Full Propane Tanks
• Games
• Outdoor Table
• Camp Chairs
and much more. Just bring you toiletries, sheets (sleeping bags), and blankets. Of course food.3. Delivered TO Your Campsite
Don't have a 1/2 ton truck, brake controller, the correct hitch, bringing your toys (ATV, Motorcycles, Jeeps with you, or simply don't feel comfortable towing? We've got you covered. We offer drop off and pick up at a campsite of your choice within 50 miles of Poncha Springs. We can also recommend numerous camping options that will take your breath away, whether it's with majestic views, riverside locations, or secluded sanctuaries in the forest. All you have to do is show up and have the time of your life. Additional fee.We take the greatest care to ensure that our camper is clean, well maintained, and ready to go when you are. We just ask that you treat and respect our unit as your own. It is easy to pack, with plenty of room for all your gear. Weather you need it for a weekend getaway or a longer trip to your favorite destination, Our unit has all the amenities you'll need.You’ll feel right at home even on those unfortunate days when the weather has you socked in, because there’s always room for everyone to set up some games, or curl up in a soft, warm bed with some hot cocoa and a good book. Let our getaway gem be your next home away from home!Our Coachman’s dry weight is 4,705 lbs. with a Gvwr of 7,000 lbs. I have a weight distribution hitch that can be used to tow it at no additional fee. The camper can be pulled by most 1/2 ton pickups and SUVs.. Your vehicle will need to have a 2" Class III receiver, 7 pin electrical connections, and electric brake controller prior to rental.The camper comes with a 30 amp electric cord, 35ft water hose, 20 ft dump hose. Tank sizes are: Fresh Water - 36 + 6 in the hot water tank, gray water - 30, and black tank - 30 gallons. 2 propane tanks, and 2 deep cycle batteries, 18' lighted awning.

We are Mike and Karen, we have been married for 8 years and have 4 wonderful children from ages 6-16. Our family loves the creation God provided us to enjoy. God created a wonderful world and we enjoy seeing it in our camper. We have decided to let others also enjoy it and all that has been created. We look forward to meeting you and can't wait to hear about the memories you will be blessed with.

*Tow vehicle must have class III hitch, 7 pin RV plug and trailer brake controller. Weight Distribution hitch included with rental.
*The $175 "No Hassle Return" fee allows you to return the RV without cleaning the interior or dumping the tanks, although we still ask that you take your own trash and not leave it looking like a tornado went through the inside. Otherwise, the RV needs to be cleaned inside and all holding tanks emptied so it is ready for next rental. The inside must be cleaned thoroughly so it is returned in the same condition as when you received it. Unless you dump the tanks at the last campground or dump-stations and then don't use the bathroom during the trip back to Poncha Springs, the tanks will need to be dumped and most places charge for that. If the "no hassle return" fee is not chosen and the RV is returned dirty and the tanks not emptied, $250 will be deducted from the security deposit.
Holding tanks will be empty upon rental, we ask that you dump them at the end of your trip. If not, we will deduct a $100 fee from your damage deposit.
If you want us to set up/take down the “No Hassle Return” will need to be added. There are 2 dump stations in Poncha Springs.
**No smoking of any type is allowed in or around the RV trailer. We have children and don’t want that in our camper. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in loss of Security Deposit, the $500 Damage fee, plus cost of cleanup.
*The RV trailer must not be used to tow any other vehicle or trailer
*The RV Trailer shall not be towed or transported outside the Continental United States
*The RV Trailer shall only be towed on paved roads with the exception of maintained gravel road inside a camping area, unless you have us Set Up/Take Down. We know what the camper is able to do and can get to most places but we ask that you respect it.
* Discounted Winter Rates however the unit will be winterized so no water usage (bathroom, sinks, showers). If these are used during winter times, this will result in loss of Security Deposit.
*Renter releases RV Owner from all claims for loss of, theft, or damages to, your personal property or that of any other person, that was left behind or carried inside the RV Trailer.
We just ask that you treat and respect our unit as your own. And please don't hesitate to contact us if you have questions.
