  • Not pet friendly
  • No music festivals
  • No tailgating
  • No smoking
  • Mileage: 150 free miles / day
  • 4 generator hours / day
No tours due to COVID-19. No smoking, no towing, no pets, (unless it is a licensed service dog) and please do not climb up on top of the roof. Please try not to overload the generator by running the AC, the microwave and your hairdryer at the same time. You could do it but its not good for the RV. Also if you drive any RV that shares a gas tank with the generator then when there is 1/4 a tank left the generator breaker switch trips as a safety feature so that you can get more gas.

Brian is thorough and gives precise instructions that we appreciate as the trip fulfilled all our expectations. He cares for his RV and expects guest to do the same. We share the same values and rules so I give him a 5 star!!!

August 20205

We had a great first ever RV adventure. I was nervous and anxious but what a success! I am a singe mom with two little kids and we wanted to visit my sister in NC and didn't want to deal with stopping during Covid. We camped on the way up and back and it worked out perfectly. Being new to Rv use and alone with two kids was a little daunting, but thankfully Brian was spot on. I never went more than 30 minutes before he responded with a perfect answer to my continued questions. He helped me throughout the week anytime I wasn't quite sure. I only contacted outdoorsy once, when I first attempted before my trip as some glitch in the system caused my driver verification to revert back to never checked status. They took two days to respond to the email that I sent after an hour of waiting on the phone with no answer... Thank you so much Brian, we appreciate it and are thankful to have the memories.

We had a great time in Brian’s RV, despite the rainy Cristobal weekend! We were stuck inside a lot, so we truly appreciated that the RV was comfortable and spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. The dinette plus couch plus bunk over the cab gave a lot of “living space”. And the separate queen bedroom gave us much needed privacy at the end of the day. Everything worked - especially the AC! And Brian was super to work with!! Very nice RV.

Have a question?Get answers directly from the host

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Absolutely none. Drop off is at 12 noon and pick up is at any time after 9am. If you are going to be late for drop off expect to be charged for it mam or sir.

Q.What type of car/truck do you need to tow this trailer? What are the hitch requirements?
A.
At this time we do not permit towing when renting out this RV.

Q.Why does the generator shut off in the RV when I am about to fill up for gas?
A.
RV's have a safety mechanism built in that allows you to get to the nearest gas station before using up you reserve gas. Since the generator and the gas tank for the RV are shared then once you get down to 1/4 a tank then the Generator automatically shuts off. Its not broken its just telling you to check your fuel levels and get to a gas station.

Q.Are there any acceptations to allowing us to bring our dog or cat?
A.
No. The only exception is for guide dogs due to blindness and in this case there must be another authorized licensed driver who is not blind. Emotional support animals do not fit under this exception.
