New trailer perfect for testing the waters of owning your own unit. Trailer has previously only been used by the owners who have kept it in good condition. Easy to operate without too many of the high tech frills associated with new trailers. Just get out and enjoy the great outdoors. Features queen bed in front of camper with a large rear bathroom. Slide out opens up the space in the center of the trailer and makes it easy to enjoy in the bad weather.We keep the camper well stocked with linens, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and even a mini NintendoRenters must show proof that vehicle can support and tow the weight of the trailer, please provide make/model/year of tow vehicle when requesting a quote, vehicle must also be equipped with a trailer brake controller. . We recommend that renters have some experience towing trailers. Local renters can also inquire about the potential for a drop off and pick up from the camp site, a service charge will be added for this service.The cleaning fee covers routine cleaning such a sweeping/vacuum, cleaning counter tops. It does not cover trash removal or dumping fees that are not discussed ahead of time. Be sure to understand that if trash must be removed or tanks dumped it may be removed from the security deposit.*******
