The RV is a great size for my wife and I, an we had a very nice 6 nite trip in it. It drove well and most of the systems worked great. However, the interior and exterior were not very clean, the upholstery is worn, and the toilet was loose. The sewer smell on the way home was horrible. One burner on the stove didn't work, and the ignitor was broken. The big burner worked fine but had to be lit with a match. The bed was firm but OK. There is no vehicle manual, which made operating some of the systems challenging. Henry is very nice, but didn't seem to know a lot about the details of operation. The refridgerator didn't appear to work when the RV was dropped off, and he just said it worked the last time. I did some research, and discovered the the fridge only works if the rig is level. There are no levelers included, so I made my own. I also discovered that there is a house battery shutoff, which can prevent a dead battery if you accidentally leave a light or TV on. There is nothing hooked up to the TVs, and the remotes dont work, so I could not connect anything and watch TV or movies. I am disappointed, as at 350 per night, plus diesel and LP costs, I expected a much better rig. Next time, I will rent from Cruise America, which is half the cost and has better support.

You are amazing man, Till. I will fix all things you mentioned. Just so you know: you delivered me RV with a lot of poop in it and thats why it smelled. I very suprised. After your delivery i went to dump station and cleaned it and there is no smell anymore. Also you delivered it super durty. I dont know where did you drive it, but you used looks like off road a lot. Also, i have manual in RV - so it was in one of storage - you just needed to call me and ask. I told you , - call me anytime and ask. I always online and respond. I wish you amazing trips with Cruise America for your next time travel. You are great guy. I wish you wonderful lifetime. Thank you for renting my RV.
