Whether you take our spacious, yet cozy home on wheels for a weekend of camping, a cross country adventure, a home base for a game or concert, or a happy little home wherever you need to be you'll always be comfortable and have everything you need and could want. On the road, this RV is comfortable and convenient and provides a great space to ride in, and once parked, the two spacious slide outs give you all the room you need in your tiny home on wheels.
We have a large bedroom in the back that sleeps two, as wells as a bunk room, an over cab cozy sleeping spot, a fold out couch and table that converts to a bed. You'll have room for the whole family!
A kitchen equipped with everything you need and a starter set of consumables means you can just jump in and go! You'll feel like you have all the comforts of home on the road.
We also provide everything you need to enjoy the outdoors including an outdoor camp stove, 6 camp chairs and a large rug, and all kinds of fun extras like beach towels and s'more sticks.
We have thought of everything and want your stay to feel like a luxury hotel in the location of your choice! What's includedYou'll have everything you need for your stay including fresh linens, extra blankets and towels including a set of beach towels, some basic kitchen spices and all cooking utensils, and some fun fire tools like s'more sticks and a popcorn maker. We also provide a starter set of consumables like paper plates, trash bags and toilet paper. We recommend you bring extras for an extended stay but you should be ready to hop in and go!

We love our tiny home on wheels and ask you to treat it as if it was your own.We provide a FREE dump pass if your campground doesn't include this amenity. We require that you return the RV completely empty and agree to only use RV toilet paper in the tank. No feminine hygiene products or anything else is allowed in the toilet. There is a $200 fee for any tanks that are not empty upon return.We ask that you clean any gear you use including the outdoor tables, camp chairs, s'more sticks, stoves etc. and shake out any extra dirt or sand from any rugs or equipment you use of ours. There is $150 fee for additional cleaning.We'll fill your gas tank up to the top so you are ready to roll but we ask that you do the same upon return. If we have to put gas in the tank there is a $200 fee. Thanks!We only allow small dogs ( under 25 lbs) with the pet fee. No cats or other animals are allowed in the RV. Any pet damage is charged accordingly.Your cleaning fee covers change out of linens and consumables as well as a very basic clean. We ask that you return the RV wiped down and clean and will charge $150 cleaning fee for any excessive dirt or stains.RecommendationsWe love all kinds of adventures from the Colorado Rockies, to Lake Mac in Nebraska, to the California coast! Our favorite spots nearby are in Rocky Mountain National Park, Red feather lakes, Carter lake, Moab, Goblin Valley or boon docking in National Forest land.Other things to noteWhile we love adventuring in the great outdoors, we ask that you still treat our home like it was your own. We had a great time exploring Colorado in this RV. It was plenty large enough for us and our two small boys. We had a few issues (front slide didn’t work, generator issues, no kitchen sink water pressure, water source wouldn’t connect to outside RV) which was unfortunate considering how much we paid. I do understand things break easily in an RV and things happen. The owners were great and easy to communicate with. I’m sure these issues would be fixed for any future renter.
