- Security deposit: $1,000.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $75.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. Call or write if you'd like to use our BBQ (small Webber), bike racks and if you need fire wood.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We'd be glad to drop-off and pick-up "Towbe" at the location of your choice in the Homer and Anchor Point area. "Towbe" is his name and it stands for 'Tow Behind'. In fact, most of our 2021 rentals were drop-offs and pickups. We enjoy getting "Towbe" setup, hooked up, camping chairs out with firewood by the fire pit. When you arrive, wa-la...it's ready for you.
