Ok my 4-year old nicknamed our RV. But it's super slick! 2018 Thor Chateau. I love it because you can park almost Anywhere a large vehicle can. Chock full of amenities, like 2 TV's (one outdoor!), stove, microwave, Skyroam WiFi (cost per gig), a comfy full sized bed, ice cold A/C and a heater system that kept me warm during the great 2020 Freeze (below 0) of Texas! Ideal for small families or friend groups! Camping chairs, roasting sticks, all linens included. What's included- Camping chairs,

- Towels,
- Cleaning supplies, toilet paper, dishes, cooking supplies.
Recommendations"Rosie Pink" is great for exploring all the state parks in the area, as well as overflow sleeping for family gatherings.Other things to noteNo smoking
Pick up after 3pm and Drop off by 10am
45 minutes to 1 hour to walk through vehicle for pick up and drop off.
Return with as much gas as was in it when you rented or pay $5 per gallon to get it back to that point
Pet cleaning fee - $100 per dog, 2 dogs max. No cats, dogs only.
Propane - return at the level it was used or pay $20/quarter tank.
Awning works but has a tear in it
Generator is for backup, occasional use only. Please do not plan trips where you will rely heavily on the generator.

Hi! I'm a single mom with two young kids and we absolutely Love our RV! We are excited to share it with you so you can have amazing adventures and make memories with those you love. We have been all over the country in it: from Maine to California, and of course all over Texas, where we are from.

Pick Up - 3pm ($30/hour before 3)
Drop Off - 12 noon ($30/hour after 12)
No smoking, $500 cleaning charge if it comes back smelling like smoke.
No Climbing on the roof
Cleaning - Remove all trash, food from fridge, and sweep out. Bring back in as good or better condition or $100/hour cleaning fee, 1 hour minimum.
Dumping fees included.
Toll Usage - will charge an additional 50% over the toll amount, but I have a TX Tag, so it will be cheaper than Pay by Mail

Bring back with as much propane as was in it or $10/gallon fill up.
Note that 4.50/mile for pick up and drop off are figured by every mile that I drive. So if you live 30 miles away and I pick up and drop off, I'm traveling 120 miles and the cost per mile is configured as such.

Q.Can I use the RV off grid (no hookups?)

It is not recommended to use the RV off grid in extreme heat where you will need to run the generator in order to run the A/C, microwave, outlets, etc. If you need to be comfortable, please make sure you have an appropriate place to hook up to electricity (30amp) or go off grid in a cool climate.
