Make memories with family, friends & pets! Easy to maneuver RV in like new condition. Seats 6, 4 seatbelts & sleeps 6, master queen bed with 2 TV's plus over cab bunk, dining booth converts to a bed. Kitchen has microwave, gas stove, and fridge. TV in main cabin with amplified roof top antenna, hookup external cable/antenna, antenna and power connections. Ducted AC means more even cooling throughout. A big plus for summer camping! Awning and external LED lighting make for a great campsite outside. Receiver for bike rack only, towing vehicles or trailers not allowed.
NO Smoking inside unit please. If vehicle is damaged then Renter is 100% responsible for all expenses.Note: This RV may NOT be taken into Mexico and "Burning Man" is absolutely prohibited!Plan for a 30-60 minute check out orientation prior to departure. Normal return time is 10am on the day of return.Return Policy: RV is to be returned in same condition as received. Renter has unlimited financial responsibility for negligent damages caused to the RV during rental. Awning damage is not covered by insurance. Any damages to the Awning are strictly the renters' responsibility. Stay off the roof, the ladder is there for my benefit for servicing needs. The RV must be returned full gasoline tank, holding tanks dumped, and return checklist completed for a full security deposit refund. The following charges will be deducted from Security Deposit: Failure to dump holding tanks, returning gasoline full, toll fees, cost of repairs for any damages noted during check-in inspection. The RV was perfect for our first family RV trip. Melonie was very responsive prior to and during our trip. She was also very patient and kind during the orientation and return. I highly recommend the RV and Melonie as a host.

Melonie was patient and thorough in her instructions. I was a first-time RV user, and anxious not to do any great harm to the vehicle. Melonie was reassuring, thorough and patient in her instructions. She was also warm and personable when we returned the RV. I would rent from Melonie again any time.
