The best part about the camper van is that it is only 21 feet long meaning it can park in a regular parking space. With the bed up, there is plenty of room to bring a bike or two. If you ever imagined the idea of tiny home living it is the perfect way to see if you could do it. It has solar panels and a lithium battery as well as a built in generator/alternator on the engine. A freezer and fridge combo, microwave, and small cook top/sink area makes it convenient for picky eaters. The bathroom is also the shower space and we've included a handicap seat lift to make it easier to get on and off. The seating area becomes a bed and the front seats do swivel around for eating. We also have an extra safety feature where the tires have the Tyron rubber around the metal wheel in case of a blowout making this a safer option for all. It really is the perfect weekend get away vehicle. Since it is a gas model and gets close to 15 miles to gallon it is also more efficient than the larger models out there. There is also an awning that has a light strip and auto closes during inclement weather (high winds). We recently had the van serviced and the generator/alternator checked and fixed and have kept up with the regular maintenance. We also try to make it a point of personally using the van a few times a year so we can learn and make modifications to make it better for not only us but our guests. We are open to our guests suggestions as well because you are important and a new set of eyes. Currently we have a few ideas in the works and have added a curtain between the cab and caboose along with purchasing some vents that go in the front windows.*Please make sure you respond to outdoorsy chat emails. We try to communicate with each renter prior to approving the rental as we want to ensure our vanbuddy is the right fit for you. We are also open to test drives and visits to see the van prior to your trip but please contact us first for our availability. What's includedAntibacterial gel, rv toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, baby wipes/santitizing wipes, small garbage can under the sink,13 gallon trash bags, memory foam mattress toppers, sheet set for the back bed (sheets will not be included for the front bed unless requested), 2 blankets, some disposable microwavable plates and bowls, plastic silverware (enough for 6 people), some cookware, Small First aid kit. RecommendationsWe have visited Tennessee, Alabama, north/south Carolina, and Florida in our RV. We also used it to visit southern Ohio a lot. With it being an RV but only 21 ft long it can park in any parking space or driveway with ease and has been parked many times at a local Walmart or cracker barrel overnight. It has also made the trip through New York by a renter and we do have the option of an easy pass for you but will bill you for the tolls. We recently camped at Disney in a pop up camp site and it was the perfect setup for us.Other things to noteCamping chairs, electric induction cooker, small square table, 1 cup coffee maker, and extra linens is not included but can be upon request. We can also offer airport pickup at Cleveland Hopkins or Akron/Canton upon request.*Just a reminder like a rental car, it is expected to return the van with a tank of gas or you will be charged the full cost of a tank. We recently lowered our cleaning price to give you the option to dump the black and grey tanks yourself. If you do not we will charge you a $30 fee for us to do so.

I make custom blankets on the side for cost and a tip. We include one blanket for each rental if our van. Feel free to go to the Facebook page and see what materials I currently have prior to your rental. There are also solid fleece colors as well not pictured. I will also do what I can to track down what you may want if I can.

Jacquelyn was very helpful and very accommodating! We really enjoyed our trip and all the advice she gave. Thanks to her we are much more adept at using an RV for a vacation.

RV worked out really well and Jacquelyn was very responsive and great to deal with.

Have a question?Get answers directly from the host

Q.How does the generator work and how loud is it?
A.
The generator on the van is built into the engine which means the battery also charges when driving. There is a way to have it auto start if the battery is low and needs a charge while parked. Keep in mind the van will start up so you need to make sure to turn the radio off or you will get awakened by it. There is also solar panels on top of the van to charge as well.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
I am fairly flexible and will accomodate what I can as far as pickup and drop off. I do ask that it is done during daylight so you have the chance to make any observations and I have that opportunity when it is returned as well.

Q.Can I park my vehicle in your driveway?
A.
The answer to this question is yes. When the van is out of our driveway there is a whole side of our driveway that will accomodate you. I have included this as a free option with your rental so there is no charge or discount should you use or not use this feature.

Q.Does the van have a hitch?
A.
Yes it does but honestly we have never used it for anything outside of an ECV lift with an ECV on it. If you need the lift or the ECV we would consider renting that out for an additional cost as well. We have had a few renters attach a bike rack to it.
