2021 K Z Trailers Stratus
The Stratus travel trailer has a spacious living room with a full kitchen that is equipped with a microwave, a propane oven, and a propane stovetop. Also included is a dual brew Keurig, pots, pans, utensils, toaster, paper plates, and cups. The trailer also offers a set of bunk beds, private sleeping quarters, and a bathroom. Additionally, there is tons of storage space to keep any extras that you would like to bring, and it is pet-friendly. I only ask that they be house trained and please clean up after them. (There will be a small charge for pet sanitation - this is not a cleaning fee). The trailer is insulated and is equipped with two heat sources and an AC unit for the summer months. Amenities outside the trailer include an outdoor kitchen equipped with a stove, sink, and refrigerator. It also has exterior lighting in the awning when it is fully extended. The entertainment system is Bluetooth compatible and has speakers on the inside and the outside. The trailer has plenty of lighting inside and an amber light above the steps to help see the steps better in the dark. The trailer’s total loaded weight is 7,385 LBS so almost any half-ton truck will have no problem pulling it and if you don’t have a truck, I can deliver it for you for a fee. This trailer is also perfect for the holidays or other family events where extra space is needed. I work hard in keeping the trailer clean and stocked for everyone to enjoy so I ask for your help in keeping the unit in the same condition that you received it in. Please, absolutely no smoking in the trailer. Roof access is strictly prohibited, and the renter assumes all liability for awnings and generators if used. GPS is installed on the trailers. Please NO trips to Mexico because the insurance does not cover you or the trailer in Mexico. Crossing into Mexico will cause the unit to be reported stolen and will result in the total loss of your security deposit. Please take extra precautions on non-paved roadways and limit any travel on logging roads, forest service roads, beaches, etc. Responsibility for toll roads and traffic/parking violations will be transferred to you and you will be charged a $75 administration fee. Renters over an hour late for pickup or delivery, without previous written agreement, are subject to a detention charge of $75 per hour beyond the agreed time.
