Come and enjoy a cozy outdoor retreat in our Sydney Outback!! No need to worry about amenities, we have you covered with everything you will need to enjoy your getaway. Fully stocked kitchen with all cooking utensils and dishes! We have provided a flat top griddle as well. The stove has 3 gas burners and an oven! You will also be able to enjoy the privacy with your own indoor shower and bathroom. We have just added a brand new gel memory foam mattress for the couch bed. Although we currently do not have an awning, we have canopies available in the storge under the camper. We will also provide set up and pick up for a fee determined by distance. We will deliver within a 100 mile radius of Piedmont SC. We look forward to being part of your next adventure! What's includedWe have provided all sanitized and freshly cleaned linens including wash cloths, towels, hand towels, all bed linens, dish rags, and dish towels. RecommendationsTwin lakes in Pendleton SC is a family favorite. We also enjoy Mile Creek, Coneross, South Cove and Richard B Russell. However there are plenty more locations and KOA available in the area.Other things to noteIf you are brining pets, the must not be left unattended inside camper. Absolutely NO smoking inside camper! Please fill the toilet with about a 3rd of water each time you use the restroom, this will allow all waste to properly flush. Turn propane off after each use. Propane tanks are located in side compartment of the camper. If you choose to use the outdoor stove, located at front door, you must hook it up to the propane valve locate under camper beside front door. Please be sure to unhook and close if any chance of rain to avoid damaging stove. Ac remote has to be in proximity of unit to register any changes in unit, you will hear a beeping noise. There is a 32 inch smart tv available in living room for entertainment. Please be sure to completely sign out of any apps before leaving. All trash should be bagged up and left outside of camper in provided area to be disposed of. All dishes should be washed. Please remove all linens used and place in laundry hamper provided inside closet. Pets welcome!!! Please remember No Smoking Inside Camper!!!
