"Little Chicken" is a one of a kind and loves taking families for their first RV trip. She is a Luxury Class A 2009 bunkhouse model with a Huge living area. 2 AC until keep you cool and comfortable. We keep her fully loaded with all things you would need on a trip except food, beverages and clothing. We have many extras you would have never have even thought about. Little Chicken sleeps 7-8 people. Perfect for a large family or a few people that want plenty of space to have fun. Opposing slides in the living area offer tons of room just where you need and want it most!! Central vaccume, 2 thermostats, a convection oven AND a propane oven/range are some of her luxury features. Each bunk has its own DVD player and lots of DVD's provided, there are 3 other flat screen TV's. Sleeping: Queen Master with 2" memory foam topper(2), Bunkhouse has 2 RV singles (2), Full size Sofa spring/air mattress (2), Dinette (2). Seat-belts for 5. This home on wheels comes with everything you need for your entire party traveling like a fully furnished house...All bedding including towels, coffee pot, all kitchen supplies, BBQ, Griddle, ladder golf, outdoor kids toys, complimentary mini Propane tank, Cooler, and Even RV toilet paper is provided in this rental. Walmart and Albertsons are within a mile of Pickup. There is plenty of storage inside and underneath. NON-Smoking Units! NO Exception.

Both destinations offer beautiful camping and stops along the way. We love the lake and river camping withing a couple hours; there are so many spots to choose from!! Lake Cascade is a favorite for all!Other things to noteRentals do have a GPS installed for insurance purposes. Please note that this is a rental and minor cosmetic wear and tear is imminent. If anything breaks during your rental, notify us immediately and do not attempt to make any repairs without our approval. Renter is responsible for all damages incurred during the rental period including damages due to improper clearance above or below unit (clearance 12.8 ft). Canada or Mexico travel is NOT permitted. If we have to wait more than 1 hour after the arranged pick-up/drop-off time, you will be charged $25 every half hour. If returned more than one hour after scheduled return time, and we have another rental within 24 hours, a fee of $250.00 will be charged.
If you are in a collision and it is your fault, insurance will cover the damages (up to their limits). If it is the other vehicle's driver's fault, you must get the insurance information and contact information of the other driver and take photographs of insurance cards, driver's licenses, A police report, and vehicle damage so we can hold the other driver's insurance responsible. All your information is in your binder.
Our RV Rental will be stocked for 8 guests The RV Prep Fee that includes laundering and sanitizing and the final propane fill plus all the furnishings. We are required to sanitize the units for your safety and ours which is a process. All Rentals are expected to be returned in clean condition, as received. An excess cleaning fee of $95/hr may be charged for removal of trash, stains, sand, and mud. Gas will be FULL when you receive it and we expect gas to be FULL when it is returned, with grey and black water tanks EMPTY unless you pay the Convenience Pre-Pay refill/dump fee. Remember to empty the tanks at your last RV park. NO SMOKING inside at all, NO roof access, NO shoes on furniture, No pets and No candles inside the RV
