So you’ve decided you want to go Glamping (glamorously camping) in an RV! Maybe this is the first time you’ve looked into renting an RV, or maybe you’re well accustomed to life on the road… however you got here and no matter how many times you’ve been out before, we are excited to know that you’re planning an adventure where you can travel in style. As hosts our job is to specialize in pairing you with comfort and accommodations that will best fit the needs of your group while you are away from home and we pride ourselves on being able to provide these services for our guests on the road.If you’re familiar with traveling by vehicles like RVs and motorhomes, you know that packing for the trip and the clean up afterwards is where the days of preparation and work come in. Traveling on the road and camping in an RV has its many conveniences and perks; no bugs, air conditioned sleeping temperatures, and praise it all, a flushing toilet – but stocking the vehicle and the aftermath clean up is not one of those perks. We believe in the good old fashioned saying of “Work hard, play harder.” So when you rent from us, we can help you upkeep that balance, as we will do the work and you can do the play.We do this with what we like to call the “No Hassle Package” where we do all of the heavy lifting for you to ensure that your RV is set up to be ready to hit the road and feel like home for you. Our RV is always stocked with cooking utensils such as pots, pans, and enough table ware for 8. However, if you choose the No Hassle Package, we also provide linens, pillows, blankets, and towels. When your travels are through we even take it upon ourselves to dump, flush and clean all of your tanks and we take care of the exterior washing of the vehicle and all of the laundry so that you can have a hassle free experience upon your return. Important (This is an add on service. If you do not add this to your booking, you are responsible for each of these items provided in the No Hassel Package. Some Rules to keep everyone safe and the RV running:
• The sum of the rental includes 100 miles per day with a charge of $.35 per mile over that allotment.
• The sum of the rental includes a generator charge of $0 per day for 3 hours or less,
plus $3.00 per hour for each hour over the sum of 3 per day.
• Dump Fee: $150 if black and grey water tanks not completely empty on return
(Unless you do Hassle Free Package)
• Propane Fill Fee: $75 plus cost of propane if propane tank is not brought back topped off.
• Diesel Fuel Fill Fee: $75 plus cost of fuel if tanks not brought back topped off.
• The sum of the rental includes a cleaning fee of $0 if returned clean or cleaning billed at $75/hr. for excessive cleaning.
• Pets are not permitted in the vehicle. If there is evidence of a pet, It will be subject to an additional cleaning charge of $399 plus potential forfeiture of the entire security deposit.
• Smoking/vaping is not permitted in the vehicle. If there is evidence of smoking, vaping or other strong odors, I will be subject to the additional cleaning fee of $399 plus potential forfeiture of the entire security deposit, at the manager’s/owner’s discretion
• Late return fee of $150 plus $50 per hour the coach is not returned as originally agreed. No refunds for early returns.
• Late pick up fee of $150 as an inconvenience to our family for having to wait to check the unit out to you.
• Linens: $45 if any piece is missing or damaged
• Excessive Cleaning: $75 per hour
• Bike Rack: $1,200 if missing or damaged
• Towing Fee: $1,000 if lock is missing

We are the Tolmans!
This last year we became a family of 8 with the addition of a daughter in law. Thus the RV that sleeps 10. We love everything about the outdoors and spend as much time there as possible. We have a never ending list of adventures to complete, and are always looking for new places to explore. We will take sandy beaches, snow covered mountains or a shooting range in the desert. As long as we get to do it together as a family we know we will love it. It is our goal to help others have an opportunity to make memories of their own and enjoy the freedom that only a motorhome can give.
