Dual Leather Recliners across from Large TV. Island Kitchen, big dual sink, Large 11 cu. ft. Refrigerator, large pantry/storage. Comfy sofa Jackknifes into bed, not a foldout mattress. Easy to keep clean vinyl flooring throughout. Upgraded Queen mattress, hanging clothes storage either side of bed, dirty clothes 'trap door', Large Corner shower and ample towel/toiletry storage. 2 slides in living area make it really comfy to hang out inside, dual electric awnings make it nice outside. Will be equipped with all we keep in camper except personal toiletries, towels, sheets, pillows. Kitchen pots pans etc. included. Percolator for coffee, equipped with anti-sway, stabilizer hitch. Two A/C make it comfy on hottest days. equipped for 50 amp hookup, but have 30 Amp converter cord. All sewer connectors, and water hoses already in storage area as well as leveling blocks. Electric jacks front and back, and electric jack on hitch. What's includedCookware, skillet, dutch oven, reg pots, silverware, spatula's large spoons, large forks, small crock pot, dish rags, and kitchen towels. Delivery and set up to close by locations.... ie, Lake Livingston State Park, Wolf Creek Park and others within reason can be arranged.RecommendationsWe use this camper ALOT at Wolf Creek Park at Lake Livingston. Also at Lake Livingston State Park... Both are Beautiful Parks on the lake shore with Boat Launch, playground and swimming. Other things to noteDogs will be allowed on a case by case basis. No Smoking at All in Camper. We take care of our belongings and trust you will do the same.
