There’s more than enough space for a large family or even 2 small families.The master bedroom features a luxury Temperpedic memory foam bed, generous closet space with shelving, 6 drawer dresser and 32” screen TV.The living/kitchen area features a 50” flat screen TV, gorgeous fireplace, center island with double stainless steel sinks, 4 door french style refrigerator/freezer, gas cooktop stove, gas oven and overhead microwave. It also has beautiful cabinetry with a pass-thru pantry to the bunkhouse/garage.After unloading your toys in the bunkhouse/garage area, there are 2 queen size bunks on electric jacks. One may be lowered and converted into benches to create a formal dining room. It also features a mini fridge, pass thru pantry to the kitchen and full entertainment center with 32” TV. Everything you need to keep the kids happy while not disturbing anyone else.If you’re looking to go off grid don’t worry, our unit is equipped with a 5500 Watt Cummins generator, 120 gallon fresh water tank, 1 black and 2 gray tanks. There are also 2 separate air conditioners to keep you cool on those hot summer days along with an outdoor shower.If you’re hoping to take an extended trip, our fifth wheel has the biggest storage area amongst the competitors.Don’t wait for someone else to grab your next family vacation!What's included4 camping chairs, dining table, bedding, pillows, towels, toiletries, cookware and utensils are all included. Airport pickup/drop off from Bellingham International Airport can be arranged upon request. Must have 3/4 Ton or Larger Truck and 5th wheel hitch for towing. Travel south about 8 hours to the Umqua Sand Dunes in the Suislaw National Forest in Oregon. Recommend staying at Riley Ranch Campground with full hookups and trails that go straight to the sand dunes. Other things to note-No Smoking
