Our travel trailer is a 2021 Dutchmen Kodiak SE 27 SBH All Season. All Season gives you the flexibility to enjoy camping in the colder months. A furnace and electric fireplace help provide heat to keep your family warm and cozy! The AC unit helps keep the camper comfortable during those hot Summer months. There are LED lights and an awning outside for you to enjoy in the evenings. There is a large storage compartment for you to store your extra camping gear throughout your trip!The travel trailer weighs 5,243 pounds and is 32' in length. The fresh water tank holds 27 gallons, gray tank holds 39 gallons, and the black tank holds 28 gallons. A spare tire is attached to the bumper in the instance a tire blows. There is a 6 gallon water heater that can be used with either gas or electric. Equipped are electric stabilizers and jack to make set up a breeze!There is a bedroom with a walk around Queen mattress and a bunkhouse in the back. The bunkhouse has 2 Full mattress to provide extra space and comfort. There is a large 4 foot slide in the main area that provides extra room to maneuver and enjoy your time inside. The couch folds down into a small bed as well as the dinette.In the main living area you will find a fireplace with a mounted 32" Smart Samsung TV. Behind the TV is a pantry for extra storage and food. A 10 cubic foot refrigerator with freezer provides you with the convenience of storing your cold foods for your next adventure. There is a gas stove top with 2 burners to cook indoors on rainy days or for your convenience.In the bathroom there is a toilet, sink, shower and tub for you to take advantage of.Our camper is pet friendly so bring your pups along! We provide everything you need for your next adventure. To make your rental period stress free we include guides for camp set up and tear down and how to operate everything within the travel trailer.What's includedOur travel trailer comes fully loaded, let us do the hard work to make your vacation easy! After having a toddler we decided to purchase a camper as it allowed us more flexibility to continue doing what we love and make memories as a family. We have two small dogs who come with us during our outings. Our camper is an all season which allows us to take advantage of camping during the colder months when there are less people camping.
