RecommendationsFor those looking for a shorter, more local to Denver trip; we recommend checking out Rocky Mountain National Park! And the Grand Lake/Granby area! Breathtaking lakes with awe-inspiring mountain views! Boat and SUP rentals are fun there too! Carter Lake Horsetooth Reservoir just out side the Fort Collins Loveland area, Colorado Springs/Pikes Peak area are great fairly close spots too. For a little further out Twin Lakes, Pagosa Springs, Telluride, Ouray, Aspen, Pagosa Springs, Steamboat Springs are all amazing areas! In the winter and spring our camper is great for winter camping, and skiing/snowboarding! There are areas near many ski resorts winter boondocking is even possible! Winter Park/ Mary Jane and Steamboat are great, and of course Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin! For those looking for more of a longer vacation we suggest a road trip!! We have used our camper for so many fun road trips! We typically roadtrip from Denver to Utah with so much to see and do along the way! You can stop along I-70 to explore tons of places in the Colorado Rockies, and continue on for just a few more hours to Moab UT, which is home to multiple National and State Parks! Arches National Park, and Canyonlands National Park are right there! Along with Dead Horse State Park, and jeep tours, zip-lining, canyoneering, rock climbing you name it!!If you want to explore even more you can easily continue on to Zion and Bryce, or Lake Powell/Grand Canyon and then come back the same way or come back through New Mexico and see their mountains and Santa Fe or Taos on the way back!Going the other way you could road trip to Yellowstone, Grand Tetons and Jacksonhole! Or go see Badlands National Park, and Mount Rushmore. For those looking for a more rugged experience we suggest looking for dispersed camping areas! These areas normally don't offer services at all; so that's where all of the amenities Hotel a GO-GO comes with really spring into action! Dispersed areas offer more remote and much more secluded camping experiences than a developed campground or RV Park..and many times it's FREE! The roads in are normally not maintained so please check with a ranger station to find out the current road conditions, and if your specific vehicle and our rig can navigate easily there, or another area may be better suited and safer to navigate through; We trust if road conditions seems sketch to drive you won't chance it :)A family hotel! Is a bunch of family coming in for the 4th of July and your guestrooms are maxed-out?! Consider Hotel a Go Go as a "guest cottage"! We did this ourselves the past 4th of July and some of our family stayed right in our driveway so we could all be together, have fun, and no-one had to worry about driving back or getting an uber to a hotel each night!
Other things to noteWe are happy to answer any questions you may have; and hope Hotel a Go Go is the match for your adventure! If there is anything that might make your stay easier or more comfortable please don't hesitate to ask and we can see what may be possible! And just a few reminders
-no festival use
-we strictly don't allow any type of smoking, tobacco or weed inside the camper
-please make yourself aware of any fire bans and restrictions before you arrive at your destination
-not cats, we have a severe cat allergy in our family
-we trust you will treat our home-away-from-home like it's your own home :)
