Here we have a 2020 forest river XLR ultra light toy hauler. This is a 25 foot total length camper. It’s small in size. But sleeps up to 6 adults. It includes 3 queen beds, and one of which that turns into couch. It also includes a microwave, refrigerator with a freezer, a furnace, 15000 btu air conditioner, with a awning, and much more. What's included2x camping chairs, an adjustable folding camp table, full propane bottles, everything for setting up the camper, fresh linens, cookware, utensils, towels. RecommendationsOne of our favorite spots is twin lakes. You have open camping and reserve camping right on the water. Fishing is great. And it’s not too far to get there.Other things to noteWe ask that you clean all of your dishes. And pull all of the linens off the beds and put the towels with them.Pets welcome.

Fees
- Security deposit: $500.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $100.00. Both propane tanks will be full and ready to go. The camper will be cleaned, and linens will be freshly washed. All of the cookware will be clean, and ready for use. Will also have a $100 dump fee.
