2020 Forrest River Evo, 30ft trailer in excellent condition. Perfect for a large group wanting to rent out for some fun! Or a few people wanting space and relaxation. Queen size bed in a private room. Four twin bunk beds that are extra long. The U-dinette and couch have plenty of space to eat inside when the weather doesn't cooperate for you to enjoy the outdoors. They also easily turn into beds for additional sleeping space. The kitchen has plenty of counter space, a microwave, spacious sink, large refrigerator and freezer to pack in the food. The water heater and furnace heat the trailer quickly on those cold nights. There is a lot of storage with 2 stand up closets with drawers as well two more in the queen bedroom. The fireplace is wonderful to turn on for ambiance or to use for heat. Underneath the front the trailer there is plenty of storage space for chairs or whatever else you will need for your trip. Towards the back there is addition storage space inside under the twin bunk. This is a perfect trailer for all your needs, wherever you would like to go! What's includedWe provide fresh linens, blankets and extra blankets for all the beds. All the kitchen essentials such as cookware, utensils, kitchen towels and coffee pot. Blu-ray player and small selection of family friendly movies to enjoy. Bathroom towels and rugs. Outdoor propane grill/burner. A generator is available for additional fee. RecommendationsOur family has enjoyed going to the mountains. The wide open space of Williams and Happy Jack near Flagstaff, AZ are two of our favorite spots. The White Mountains have plenty of lakes to offer great fishing near Pinetop, AZ. The summer rain and cool fall weather are perfect times to go enjoy what Arizona has to offer. Lots of hiking, biking, and exploring can be done when you take the trailer out to see what the land has to offer. Our family has enjoyed sitting by fires at night, then retreating inside when it gets too cold, or there are a few too many bugs for our liking. It is the perfect way to have comfort and luxury, while still enjoying and adventure and nature. Other things to noteWe want you to enjoy this trailer and treat it with respect and kindness. It is special to us and hope it becomes special to you as well! No pets, no smoking, and please no outdoor equipment in the bunk storage (please use front storage or pickup bed).
