I'm an adventurer at heart and love to explore outside. We have two little kids and love to take them camping. We love mountain bike riding, fishing, hiking, photography, and being in the great outdoors. Some of our favorite places to go are Kolob Reservoir, Leeds canyon, Beaver mountain, and the nearby national parks including Zion, Bryce Canyon and Grand Canyon.

Pick up and drop off was awesome owners are very good and helping out with anything you need. The little teardrop looks small but we were shocked with how big it felt in the inside perfect for a nice comfortable place to sleep at night.

Rachel and Sam are amazing and I highly recommend renting their trailer. I rented it for my wife and daughter for a girls camp and everyone was so jealous of them. The bed is so comfortable and the solar system is great. They were able to charge their phones and run the fan all night.

Rachel and Sam are super nice people! They will help you in every way they can. I really recommend the experience, it’s super nice inside, very comfortable for 2 people. The insulation works pretty good, not hot under the sun and not cold at night, on the top of that they have a heater if needed. We had a nice trip driving it to Moab from were we visited Arches and Canyon Land. I also recommend renting the restaurant in the kitchen equipment they have as add-ons, it really helped us.

Absolutely loved this little camper! We have a little one (2.5 yrs) and he loved it as well. It’s perfect, especially during the winter months. It has a built in heater to keep you and your family warm. Most importantly, the bed was super comfortable to sleep on. Loved the pillows, bed sheet, and bed comforter they had provided for us. We appreciate the little things they thought of such as the little s’more kit, water, tissue box, and outlet/USB charging station. Thanks again!

Took the trailer up to high elevation and it was perfect. Easy to tow and Rachel was awesome to work with.

Had overall good experience with Rachel's teardrop camper. They accommodated our last minute trip when our other plans fell through. They were easy going. Instructed us on the how to use the trailer (hitch and unhitch, use the jack/stabilizer, lights, diesel heater etc, as well as provided a lock for the trailer hitch in case you want to unhook it and explore by car only) They kept in touch and responded timely when we had questions during our trip regarding the trailer. (we had a glitch where the electricity briefly stopped working and they offered to come where we were and take a look at what's going on, but all power came back on with no troubleshooting.) They were flexible about pick up and drop off as our trip took longer due to traveling with a baby. Trailer was clean. It was actually much roomier inside than I had anticipated. Could've fit an extra adult person and child on the bunk bed in there (we had 2 adults and a baby) Also gave some good recommendations on free camping and spots with a view in the vicinity of Zion. Note Zion has a tunnel that has a width maximum during certain hours and this trailer meets those requirements so you don't have to pay extra. The ranger may measure the wheel base. We didn't expect there to be a diesel heater to keep warm, but we didn't really use it during our stay. Also for electricity there's a solar panel so you can be pretty off grid. Trailer was easy to pull with our Outback. I am still learning to be proficient at backing it up as that's an acquired skill. We did ok with some spotting/direction from my wife and taking things slowly. Would definitely consider renting this again if in the area and would highly recommend it to others. Would love to come mountain bike in this area (this trailer has a hitch in the back where you can connect a 2 inch bike hitch)

    Q. Bedding included?
    A.
We include 4 pillows, clean sheets, comforter for the Queen bed. A fitted sheet and a small blanket for the kids bunk.

Q.What kind of heater is in the camper?
    A.
The diesel parking heater was developed in Germany for use by camper vans and big rigs. It is very safe, produces almost no CO, and all the fumes are vented outside. Make sure the exhaust pipe is clear of any weeds or brush and use the convenient remote to power on. The on board 1 gallon diesel tank will fuel the heater for weeks. Once you turn on the unit give it about five minutes to start producing. The compact space will heat up quickly and the insulated walls will hold the heat.

    Q.Kitchen or cooking appliances?
    A.
Check out the add-ons. We offer an "Kitchen Package" We offer a single burner camp stove, including a bottle of fuel, a small pot and pan set and spatula.

Q.Pick up and drop off times?
    A.
Pick up at 3 PM and drop off at 11 AM. We can accommodate other times on a case by case basis. You can request "Extra Time" for an early pick up or late drop off as an add on.
