If you want to experience “The great outdoors” without experiencing some of the discomfort of traditional camping, then you need to experience our Cactus Flower! Our trailer is a 2021 Jayco Jayflight 27 footer and features a plethora of amenities! <It is light as a feather too!> It has a slide out kitchenette with mini fridge which allows you to cook outdoors in the open to further your experience with Mother Nature. Indoor/outdoor speakers that can connect to your phone via Bluetooth to play your favorite playlist and create an ambiance while around the campfire. There is also an outdoor shower so you can wash yourself off if you got a little too crazy having fun! The inside of the trailer has all the comforts of home with air conditioning/heating, larger fridge/freezer to keep all your food fresh and an over-sized bathroom and shower so you don’t feel too claustrophobic. There is also a TV if you really wanna feel at home! We fit our family of 5 inside with room to spare and if you have a couple of littles you should be able to sleep 7 easily. And Last but certainly not the Least: I will take care of emptying the black/gray water tanks so that YOU DON’T Have TO!!!! (Who wants to do that at the end of their vacation anyway?;)What's included(5) Camping chairs. Fresh, clean linens for each bed. (1) full tank of propane. Plates, cups, bowls and utensils for food preparation. Keurig coffee maker. (We also can include Dunkin’ Donuts pods for an additional fee.) We are the Nielsen's and we love to just get out of town and adventure! I am a Plumber full-time and so when it comes time to play, I like to just get completely away from everything! We love exploring Southern Utah and we hope that you enjoy the "Great Outdoors" in our appropriately named trailer called, "Cactus Flower!"

Do not take the trailer “off-road” or off of well maintained gravel roads. This type of trailer was not built for that. Be sure to check for over grown trees and shrubs. They will scratch and ding the exterior.

Fees
- Security deposit: $850.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $65.00. This fee will cover professional cleaning of linens, dishes, and trailer. This also includes dumping of the black and grey water tanks and required maintenance checks.

Great trailer for the whole family. Very comfortable and clean. There was an issue with the fridge. But Steve kept in communication with me the entire time about it and provided a backup solution. I would definitely rent this trailer again!

This was my first trip using Outdoorsy. Steven and his wife made our travel trailer rental experience one to remember. The trailer was well equipped, in great condition and most importantly— clean. They made themselves available if we had any issues and were very helpful anytime we had questions. I would absolutely recommend renting from Steven!

We had a great time in Stevens camper! It was clean, had everything we needed, the heater worked great because it was chilly at night for these #desertdwellers from Phoenix!! He was very responsive to messages when we had questions and had everything all set up and ready for us to enjoy when we arrived! Thank you so much!!

I will need to leave my work to meet with you, so Communication is key! I would like to be as precise as I can with timing so that I can get back to work, but more importantly so you can get going on your vacation!
