++++This IS A Stationary Trailer++++Memorable and unique! You’ll be delighted with the camper’s many thoughtful touches. A 27-footer, with its own private driveway and yard, makes this dog-friendly accommodation very special.What's includedThe camper is in the backyard of a house I also run as a highly-rated short-term rental (please ask me for link to the main house if interested in more space). Because it’s a corner lot, the camper can be accessed with its own driveway. Divided by an 8-foot wooden fence, the backyard is entirely private.The master room has a queen-sized bed. The other beds are converted from the dining room table and sofa. These converted beds are shorter and not well-suited for persons over 5"7.Plenty of USB ports and outlets for your devices and the WI-FI is nice and strong!An impressive array of bathroom essentials are provided along with ironing supplies and a fully-equipped kitchen includes spices, cooking oil, coffee and tea.Happy’s Camper is dedicated to my sweet, beloved dog Happy. Her legacy of providing warmth and joy, to all she encountered, can be felt in this space. Enjoy:-)RecommendationsEast Lake Terrace (Southeast Atlanta) is an awesome, up-and-coming location that’s easy to get to when navigating the city. Just 5 miles southeast of downtown and a 18-20-minute drive from the airport, East Lake Terrace is close to many of Atlanta’s most-acclaimed restaurants and popular neighborhoods like Kirkwood, Grant Park, Reynoldstown and Decatur Square. You’ll see a mix between older homes built in the 50’s and modern dwellings built or renovated in recent years.PGA fans, this is your spot as the East Lake Golf Course is just steps away. There’s a beautiful Publix nearby and just a few miles north is Atlanta’s famed DeKalb Farmers Market (a must for foodies). The camper is a 5-minute walk to our neighborhood Buena Vista Lake where you can stroll through the community garden and walk the trail.It’s a peaceful neighborhood -you’ll see folks out strolling with the kids and their dogs. Our neighbors are very nice and you’ll have a dedicated host available to assist in any way:-)Other things to noteSMOKING NOT ALLOWED INSIDE the camper. A $200 fine and a report made to Outdoorsy will result if evidence of smoking is found and/or odor is left behind. You are welcome to smoke outside. There’s an ashtray provided.FOOD DELIVERY: When ordering food to be delivered, make sure you indicate you are in the camper and to meet behind the house on Hillside. Please alert the driver to go around back, look for the butterflies on the gate and not disturb the occupants of the main house.THERMOSTAT: please select temperature and keep on AUTO.STOVE/OVEN: To use the stove or oven, turn on a burner then turn the spark knob (clockwise) until the burner or oven comes on. The spark knob is the one furthest left.WI-FI: under “Herban BnB” and the password is “ThankYou2022”.PUSH-BUTTON LIGHTS: when you don’t want all of the lights on, you can select individual push-button lights. They are located over the kitchen sink, master bed overhang, over the sofa, over the dining room table.HOT SHOWERS: the water is good and hot for about 5 minutes after which it will take 12 minutes to get hot again. Best to turn on the water when rinsing, off when lathering.
