The camper was just what we needed for our family to be together. Beautiful inside, clean, well maintained. Our host, Gary, was very attentive, answered all questions and was quick to respond by text when needed. Will definitely contact them again!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Walkthrough and pick up is available the day before with prior coordination. Delivery and setup is available, typically evenings after 5pm.

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Electric: Camper requires a 120V, 30amp power source to run all accessories fully. The camper will run on 120V, 20amp circuit with an adapter, but A/C, Water Heater, and Microwave will not function.

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Sewer: Sewer hook ups are provided and come with 20' of waste water hose. It is recommended to keep tank valves closed until they are full or ready to be dumped. This allows any waist to be flushed through the tanks and pipes efficiently. Open and drain the BLACK WATER fully first. Close the black water tank and then drain both GREY WATER tanks. This flushes the waist hose of any debris left from the black tank. Note- a sewer tote can be provided, ask for details.

Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Heat is provided by an Infrared Heater and the Propane Furnace. It is recommended to use the Infrared Heater as your primary heat source with the Propane Furnace as a supplement for those cold nights. Both will heat the camper sufficiently, but this method conserves propane and will extend the use of your propane during your trip.
