2022 Highland Ridge RV Open Range
This is the best all-around Travel trailer i have owned. It is a 30ft Highland Ridge Open Range 2022-year Model 26BHS with one Slide.
Very modern, nice counter tops, under mounter sinks in the kitchen and bathroom. Bathroom also has a large stand-up shower with room for a grown man. A must in my view. Bathroom directly beside the bunkbeds. All at the rear to give plenty of space between the master and guests.
The Bunks have windows, lighting, and charging ports for the kids. As well as a curtain for privacy. Kitchen has all anyone can ask for and the 12v refrigerator is great for the longer trips. The entire trailer is 12V with the exception on the A/C. The living space is beautiful and very tasteful. The dining area is comfortable with plenty of storage under the seats as well as around the kitchen. the sofa flips out with one hand, and I have never used one that was so easy. it also has storage under it that is not affected, either as a sofa or bed. We will have options for household items for cleaning and dinning. Also found in the kitchen will be a very large first aid kit and fire extinguisher. Toward the front of the Unit the Master bedroom has a bit of hanger space on each side of the bed also a pocket door for each side so you can exit the room easily. The Factory bed was upgraded to a real Queen size bed. A hypoallergenic memory foam pillow top. Completely worth it to have a real bed. it too has storage under it. Outside gas outlet for grilling and a quick disconnect for the outside shower hose. However, the outdoor shower with hot and cold is located on the left rear in more privacy. water, stove & awning. This unit is not very heavy however, we don't recommend 1/2-ton trucks. Minimum 3/4 is preferred. The Unit will have a load support hitch included. that may be used without charge.

Music festivals are not allowed without prior approval. If the event in question is local, we do provide all hookups on our main property and the arraignments may be made to stay on site. With no fees other than a local campground charges. We are 10 mins from VA Beach 40Mins from NC outer banks. If Dogs. the only Pet Allowed

The Camper(s)/RVs That will be listed are personally owed by the family and company owners. We take very particular care of all the Vehicles and equipment owned by us. Being as we are a small-scale manufacturer, mechanics, Home Property managers and with background in all types of construction. We take care of every detail as if our own children will be in the vehicle. We will deliver locally and set up. However, we put trust in the Outdoorsy Company and the renters so you may notice less stringent rules. Toys are for fun, and we want every renter to enjoy themselves.

- Prep fee: $59.00. This fee will cover preparing sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. Dogs require charges will be listed in add Ons. also, no dogs not allowed in beds or furniture. this will result in charges.
