Unit pulls at 21' but the queen bed rear power-slide extends the living space to 24' while parked at your campsite. Also has two bunks, a dinette, and couch which folds into a bed. Features ducted heating and air, TV with antenna, microwave and full oven inside, outside stovetop and water, power awning and power tongue jack. Weighs less than 5000 pounds dry weight. Includes kitchen supplies, coffee pot, and cords/hoses for all hook-ups. Linens can be provided for an additional fee. Close to Raystown Lake, Shawnee State Park, Cowan's Gap, Friendship Village, Cumberland, MD, Ohiopyle. Appropriately towed by 1/2 ton pickups or equivalent or better.What's includedKitchen utensils, RV toilet paper and septic tank deodorizers, coffee pot with filters, cleaning supplies (vacuum, broom, dustpan). Great experience! We wanted to spend the week at Raystown with our boat and needed a place to stay at night, so we rented a campsite and George’s camper for the week. We were able to tie our boat at our site and it was very convenient!

The trailer was very spacious. Having the master bed slide out is a game changer. You feel like you are sleeping in a tree house. Very thoughtful layout and big enough for a family of 6. Easy communication. We had them set up and take down so it was easy for us. We stayed at Rocky Gap State Park in Ash loop.
