Ready for some Colorado mountain adventures? Or maybe a road trip? Travel in style and comfort with this sweet, easy to drive motorhome! With a queen bed and bathroom in the back, a queen-sized bed up top, and a large fully stocked kitchen with dinette table and armchair, you can pull up to your campsite and be ready to relax - no setup required! The kitchen has a large sink, good-sized fridge and freezer, oven, stove, and microwave. You can hook up to full electric/water/sewer at a campsite OR find solitude out away from everyone for a couple of days with a 40 gal freshwater tank, propane furnace, and deep-cycle batteries. Want to watch a movie and pop some popcorn on the top of a remote mountain? No problem! The TV, DVD player and microwave run great even on the generator. In this clean and well-stocked home-away-from-home, you’ll feel like you have your very own forest (or desert) cabin! Absolutely no smoking or pets, since I have asthma. Delivery and airport pickup available for an extra fee. What's includedI include all the basic amenities plus some extras so you don’t need to stress! You’ll have pots, pans, dishes, cups, silverware, paper towels, washcloths, towels, basic cooking oil & spices, all linens, extra blankets, and even toiletries like soap, shampoo/conditioner, and toothpaste. There are 4 outdoor chairs and an outdoor table, s’mores sticks, and a small propane fire pit in the storage compartment ready for you to use. Bike rack or small trailer can be mounted on the back by request. I also have bikes and inflatable paddle boards for rent if you ask. Need grocery pickup or something extra? Just ask and I’ll provide it if I can! RecommendationsThis well-maintained motorhome has been all over Colorado (and beyond) in sunshine and rain! It’s capable of scaling mountain passes and driving all day without issue. I especially enjoy it for camping in remote areas, since it has water, power, and heat on board. For long road trips, it’s wonderful to have your own bed, bath, kitchen and TV always set up and ready to use! You can just pull over a take a nap or make a meal any time you’re feeling tired of driving. While this rig is definitely NOT an off-road vehicle, you can take it on maintained gravel roads no problem. For experienced snow drivers, it comes with chains in case you find yourself on an icy mountain pass (though I’ve only needed that once, in the middle of winter). The propane heater will keep you toasty warm even on very cold nights! I love Colorado, camping, AND hosting, so I’m happy to give you tips and pointers for planning a wonderful vacation! Other things to noteI love and use this RV myself, so please take good care of this her as if she were your own! Again, absolutely no smoking or pets are allowed in the RV. No cooking extra greasy/splatters foods on the stove. Please clean up after yourself and be careful when using the awning, doors, windows, appliances, dishware, linens, and towels so they are not damaged. No driving in sand, rough dirt roads, or extra dusty areas (like Burning Man). No off-road or 4-wheel-drive-road use (gravel roads are fine). Note that the installed GPS tracker will alert me of any unauthorized travel. Failure to follow these guidelines, or damaging the RV components or accessories in any significant way, will result in forfeiture of your security deposit.

- Security deposit: $1,500.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $150.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. I also restock consumables before each rental such as paper towels, toilet paper, soap, cooking oils and spices, etc.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
I can be fairly flexible on pickup and dropoff times with at least 24 hours advanced notice! However, pickup and drop-off typically must happen between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm (I can often do pick-up/drop-off of these hours for an additional fee). I can also deliver to you for a small fee!
