This is a high wall camper which means the solid walls are taller than traditional pop-up campers. This results in no counters to flip up, larger appliances and more storage. This pop-up camper offers the compactness and easy towing of a traditional pop-up camper but the comfort and room of a traditional travel trailer. The main kitchen cabinet was just replaced in 2022 with upgraded custom cabinets and offers even more storage than the original factory cabinets. The camper does have a small toilet/shower combo that is mostly used for changing and washing feet. The slide out bed over the trailer tongue is a king while the other end is a queen, both offering ample room to get a great night's rest. The dinette, also on a slide, can convert to another bed to accommodate 2 adults. The dinette slide out creates an amazing amount of room for a pop-up camper. The raising and lowering of the roof is motor/battery driven so no worries having to crank it up by hand. Another advantage of this pop-up camper is that no weight distribution hitch is needed and it uses a standard 2" ball hitch. The pop-up camper has electric brakes so the tow vehicle must have an electric brake controller. Would love to answer any questions you have. What's includedWater, sewer, electric hookup accessories are provided along with one full 20 lb propane with the option for a second tank.Other things to noteDogs welcome as long as they stay off the beds and seats.

Q.Camping with no water service?
A.
Typically, at most campgrounds, you can fill up the 20 gallon freshwater tank at the fill-up/dump station area. The camper provides water pressure through the use of a battery operated water pump for use at the sink and shower.

Q.Camping with no sewer hookup?
A.
The grey and black water tanks are pretty small so if you are going to a campsite without full hookup be sure to ask about needing a portable sewer tote tank. A Camco Rhino 21 Gallon tote tank can be provided for a nominal 1 time add on cost. The camper hooks up to the tote tank and when it is full you disconnect and wheel it over to the hitch of your vehicle and then slowly drive (like 5 mph) over to the dump station and empty it. Then tow it back to the camper and hook it back up.

Q.Camping with no electric?
A.
With no 120 volt electric service the 120 volt outlets and air conditioning and microwave are not an option. However, the camper does have a battery that powers all the lights, stereo, refrigerator, water pump and exhaust fan. The battery should last several days but all depends on your use. There is a battery meter in the camper that will tell you what percent is left. The battery will recharge once plugged back into 120 volt service.

Q.Can we use the toilet and shower in the camper?
A.
The bathroom is small and not 100% private so we've never used it for going #2 or for showering due to the privacy, smell, & humidity ... even amongst family. We've always just utilized the bathroom/shower facilities at the campgrounds where we are staying and would highly recommend you do the same. We have used the toilet for #1 when it was in the middle of the night and pouring rain outside and that is not a big deal. We've also used it for washing off dirty/sandy feet.
