Thanks for looking at our 2022 Thor motorhome! This RV really does have all the room and amenities of an actual house, which is why we apply nicknamed it "The Home Away From Home". It's the best way to see North Carolina as well as its surrounding states and we're proud to share it with others!We know it’s a lot of work to get an RV stocked, packed, and cleaned up, which is why we offer our “Heavy Lifting” preparation package. This includes having the RV ready with linens, pillows, blankets, towels, cooking utensils (pots, pans, spatulas, etc..), and a Blackstone griddle! Also, we will dump, flush, and clean all of the tanks, wash the interior and exterior of the RV, and take care of the laundry!Renting from us with our “Heavy Lifting” package enhances your RV experience by letting you enjoy more time with your family, friends, kids, and partners! All you need to pack is your own food and paper products (paper towels, cups, plates, bowls, and plastic eating utensils)!Recommendations:
This RV is designed to be completely off-grid with a built-in generator and/or turning the engine on at idle. - We provide a full tank of fuel upon delivery and expect the same when the RV is returned.Late turn-in:
RV rentals that are up to two hours late will be charged a 1/2 day rental fee. Anything later than two hours will be charged one full day at the current daily rental rate. If another renter has scheduled their vacation with the RV in your possession they may not be able to begin their trip, so please plan accordingly. We strive to treat each renter with respect by having our RV delivery ready and on time.

My name is Joe and I have been married to my lovely wife Melissa for almost 20 years! We have two wonderful sons and a dog named Ziggy! Originally from Washington DC, we moved to Wake Forest, NC 10 years ago in order to escape the congestion and madness that city life offers. Since moving south, we’ve taken full advantage of all its natural beauty by exploring its numerous coastal towns and mountain ranges. Our retirement plan is to live in an RV full-time! Joe was awesome!!! The RV couldn’t have been any better for my family’s weekend getaway to the mountains…clean, well maintained and well stocked! We loved having the blackstone grill. Joe was always available when I had a question. I would highly recommend Joe’s RV and will be using it again in the future!
