This a brand new RV and we've gone the extra mile inside and out to make this your best vacation experience ever! This beautiful RV is the best choice for a family vacation with plenty of room for the kids as well as privacy for adults. When we saw everything this RV has to offer, we had to have it! We've traveled in a lot of RVs over the years and this one has everything a high-end motor-home has to offer and drives like a dream with the special "J-ride" handling package so you can hardly tell you're driving an RV. This coach has a spacious interior with plenty of cabinet space, comfortable seating areas, and a bathroom with dual access from the main bedroom as well as the hallway. It sleeps 4 adults and 4-6 kids Very comfortably and is quipped with two AC units to keep everyone cool. We've installed multiple water purification filters for clean, drinkable water throughout the RV. While you are parked at your destination, the automatic hydraulic leveling jacks keep you completely level with the simple push of a button. If you are traveling with smaller children in car seats, This RV IS Uniquely Equipped FOR Front OR Rear-Facing Child CAR Seats (child car seats not included). The kids will Love the bunk beds with their own window and personal TV monitor (safety rails provided). There is also a fun, large overhead bunk sleeping space above the drivers cab area (full/queen size - safety rails provided).What's includedA tremendous value with every amenity included! We include everything you need at no extra charge: Freshly washed quality linens, cozy bedding, six bed pillows, soft towels/washcloths and beach towels. Inside you'll be right at home with brand new pots & pans, cooking utensils, flatware, Keurig coffee maker, dishes, beverage and wine glasses. For extra safety we have installed additional smoke/carbon monoxide detectors as well as additional fire extinguishers and first aid kit. We also include an ironing board/iron.And when you're ready to explore the great outdoors we also include a picnic-basket backpack with EVERYTHING you need except the ants. Outside you can relax in "rocking" lawn chairs, large outside mat, 6-foot folding table with tablecloth, and exterior propane BBQ grill with utensils. A four bike capacity bike rack is also included at no charge, on request. RecommendationsThis RV is ideal for both local trips to the beach and RV parks, as well as longer, out of state vacations. It is a dream to drive and extremely spacious and comfortable for a family to enjoy no matter where your destination is. We're located a few minutes away from KOA Lion Country Safari, so if you want to spend your first night there (and hear the lions roar!), we are happy to help any new RVrs hook up and disconnect so you are comfortable with everything. Other things to noteAll rentals require Interior Damage Protection Insurance for $69 (purchased through Outdoorsy's additional protection).We are pet friendly. Pet fee of $125 applies and is limited to dogs only, 25 lbs. or less. Renter must disclose pet info at time of rental booking.No towing allowed unless approved prior to departure. TOWING FEE APPLIES, depending on size, distance, and duration of trip.STRICT NO-SMOKING POLICY. No smoking or vaping allowed at all inside, or outside while the door or windows are open. We are pet friendly. Pet fee of $125 and limited to dogs only, 25 lbs or less. All rentals require Interior Damage Protection Insurance for $69 (purchased through Outdoorsy's additional protection). Our RV will be delivered to you perfectly clean inside and out and ready to go, so we ask that it is returned in the same condition, otherwise a cleaning fee of $150 or more will apply. No smoking allowed at all inside, or outside while the door is open. A smoking cleaning fee of $1,000 will apply for smoking.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We are able to accommodate most delivery locations as long as RV access is good. Anywhere further than 25 miles from our location will incur a fee. (Please see our delivery fee structure.)
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
We hook you up with all the hook-up information you need. We go over everything during your walk-through and we have an easy to follow manual that goes with the RV that you can reference while you're on your trip.
