Thanks for checking out the listing for our brand new 2022 Catalina Legacy trailer (modernized and updated with paint, wallpaper, and tile backsplashes!)Our trailer is clean, comfortable, and well stocked- all you need to do is show up with your food and clothing!
Comfortably sleeps 6-8, but can sleep 9 max. Perfect for families!
Queen bed in master bedroom sleeps 2.
Double over double bunk sleeps 4 kids or 2 adults comfortably.
U shaped dinette converts into sleeping area for 1 adult or 2 kids.
Sofa folds flat and can sleep 1 (short person) comfortably.
Linens/blankets and pillows provided for each sleeping space!The U-shaped dinette and sofa area slides out to maximize interior space! Large awning with exterior lights (multiple colors!) and outdoor speakers to help bring the party outdoors! Stereo/radio system has Bluetooth capability or auxiliary input.Master bedroom (separated from the living area by a door- not curtain!) has tons of storage, including a floor to ceiling closet and storage above, beside, and under the bed.The dinette table provides ample seating and has extra storage available under the seats.Bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink/cabinet with a medicine cabinet available for storage.Moderately stocked kitchen includes pots/pans, baking sheet, plates, bowls, cups, utensils and some extras as well! Kitchen has large refrigerator/freezer, 3 burner range, small gas oven, and microwave. The kitchen also has two huge cabinets for pantry/food storage! (While we do provide some in the camper to get you started, please bring your own paper products, trash bags, and aluminum foil, baggies, etc.)We also have an outdoor camp kitchen (mini fridge, gas griddle, and outdoor storage cabinet) in the rear outside storage compartment.We provide basic cleaning supplies, broom, washcloths/towels, dish towels, hand soap, dish soap, dish scrubber, and small first aid kit. Please bring all personal toiletries.What's includedNO smoking or vaping Inside the trailer.We clean/sanitize the camper between each rental. We expect the camper to be returned in a similar manner in which you rented it. We provide basic cleaning, laundering, and sanitizing ($50 prep fee), but if we find If the camper is returned excessively dirty, lots of trash, etc. and takes longer than an hour to clean we will keep a portion of your deposit to cover any excess cleaning of $45/hr.If you choose delivery and your campground has a dump station, we include emptying of the water and sewage tanks at no extra charge to you! If we must dump the RV at a separate location, we will charge a $75 sanitation fee. Renters who pickup and return are responsible for emptying the tanks. If return the trailer with full tanks, you will be charged a $75 sanitation fee (from your security deposit).Pets are welcome with a $10/night fee. If we find excessive pet messes or damages upon inspection, ie urine or feces, furniture damage, etc., we will keep a portion of your security deposit ($150 pet cleaning fee) to cover costs of cleaning or a TBD amount to cover cost of damages. We ask that you do not leave your pets unsupervised in the RV.
Within 72 hours of the rental period, we’ll conduct a thorough walkthrough and then release the security deposit (less any damage/cleaning charges if necessary).What's included:

Please message me if you're interesting in picking up and towing.No dry camping or boondocking. Full hookups (at least water/power) or generator required. We do NOT provide a generator.Basic linens and pillows provided, but feel free to bring your own linens/sleeping bags/pillows.We also include an outdoor rug, 2 adult camp chairs, and 2 child sized chairs.The outside of the trailer has a built-in leash attachment if you chose to tether your furry family members while outside. Another great option is to bring an outdoor exercise pen (or 2-3 hooked together) for a large contained area for your dogs while outdoors!
