2021 Holiday Rambler Admiral
This 2021 Class A motorhome is beautiful inside and out while providing all of the luxury amenities you would expect in this class. My family prides ourselves on maintaining and caring for this motorhome as it was when we purchased it new. Our family continues to use this for our personal vacations and it has created many wonderful memories for us and I hope it does for you as well.The Admiral 29M is 31 feet overall. Perfect for over-the-road comfort and navigating roadways. The Admiral also has a full length super slide providing a spacious interior while it’s parked at your destination!!The inside will sleep 4-6 people comfortably. The private Master bedroom comes complete with a king size bed, tons of overhead and drawer storage, a closet, separate thermostat - A/C and TV. The main house area includes a queen size bunk, sofa sleeper, L shape dinette area, TV, DVD/Radio/Bluetooth, bathroom with shower, separate A/C and Thermostat and a full kitchen. Power outlets with USB ports throughout.The outside has a 50” Tv, outdoor stereo speakers/Radio/Bluetooth, full awning with LED lighting, outdoor kitchen includes a sink, microwave and mini fridge!! The two burner Blackstone cooktop simply connects to the motorhomes outside propane supply line.Full hook ups (50 or 30amp power, water, sewage) are preferred but not required. There is a onboard generator and excess usage over 4 hours per day will result in additional charge. There is a 50 gallon onboard fresh water tank with water pump if no site water is available.Full walk through will be provided and operating book for your trip.- General housekeeping. Again, this is our family motorhome and expect you to take great care of it as we do. Let’s keep the wonderful memories coming and continue to be able to share the experience with the next adventurers.What's includedWe will provide all of the towels, hand towels and all bedding with memory foam toppers for the queen bunk and sofa sleeper. The kitchen will come complete with all of the essentials like pots and pans, bowls, plates, cups and utensils. (Excluding your food and beverages of course) There is also a Keurig if you like coffee and also a Blackstone Cooktop for outdoor cooking!Other things to note- Small pets less than 30 lbs are welcome but must be approved prior to your trip. Larger pets maybe approved on a case by case basis.- Absolutely no smoking or vaping or drugs inside the motorhome!- NO driving off-road. Non-paved roads are extremely prohibited. Motorhomes are not built for this!- Return the RV with all of the tank levels the same as you pick it up unless you have paid for the return service. (Gasoline tank, grey tank, black tank)- Generator usage must be kept to under 4 hours per day unless discuss with me prior to your departure. Generators have to be serviced regularly.- General housekeeping. Let’s keep it clean. Again, this is our family motorhome and expect you to take great care of it as we do. Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Depending on your situation and if there is a booking prior or following your trip will determine how flexible I can be but I will make every effort to accommodate your situation.
Q.I have never operated a motorhome and curious if you will provide a overview and basic training when we pick up the RV?
A.
Absolutely! I will provide a very thorough overview as needed and also provide tips and tricks for over the road. I also will provide easy to read document that identifies various features on the motorhome and where they are located with visual pictures. Lastly, I’m always a phone call away and will walk you though anything you may need.
