RecommendationsRenters are recommended to have some experience driving/operating rvs and/or a responsible attitude and a willingness to learn. We the owners are prepared to show/explain the basics rv and what makes ours special. We suggest being careful while you learn how to maneuver a large vehicle and never recommend backing up this vehicle without assistance from another person guiding the driver. Our rv has been to several major state parks such as the grand canyon, yogi bear, eleven mile, South dakota mt Rushmore, Yellowstone, California and Oregon. Other things to noteAbsolutely no smoking (family is allergic to smoke and you will be charged a large cleaning fee)Treat the camper gently it is old (accidents happen please let us know if anything breaks or is went missing on the trip)Please wash all dishes and put them away (fee if not done)You are not responsible for cleaning the vehicle but please pick up after messes and spills (the camper has a broom, vacuum, and cleaning supplies)In winter never leave the camper heater off if temperature is below 32. Even when away from camper set heater to minimum 65 (if not done pipes and tanks could freeze and you will be liable for any damages)Please do not allow pets on any furniture or bedsIt is a great idea to check tire pressure at stopsPlease take it easy going uphill and do not push the engine too hard campers go much slower than regular vehicles so plan extra time and if you’re going over the mountains. Please do not ride the brakes downhill by remembering to shift the camper into a lower gear.Always lock the camper when away from it to prevent theft (Note many of the outside cubbies do not lock)Have fun! Enjoy your adventure!Never hesitate to reach out about any procedures questions etcWe always strive to make your stay as happy as possible if there are any issues, please reach out to us during the trip so that we can rectify those for you. Please leave a good review. If you enjoyed your stay with us, and if for any reason, we did not earn a five star please let us know so that we can improve your experience. This is how we build our business and our greatest wish as a host is to make sure you have an amazing adventure.Make yourself at home! Hope you love it as much as we do.

Hello we are the Kanumuris. We live in beautiful Colorado and wanted the opportunity to explore its wonder in the comfort of a second home. We like to pack up the kids and dogs and head out and adventure. Whether that be at a camp ground, visiting family or exploring the great outdoors the best part of all our trips is making memories together. Our first trip wasn’t too far from home at the yogi bear park in Larkspur. One of our favorite places to visit is Eleven Mile Lake. We hope you feel right at home too on all your adventures!
