Fern is a 2014 small lightweight Lance 1575 weighing rougHLY 3,000 pounds. Very Clean, Easily towable by most mid size SUV's. Fully equipped with all the basic camping items such as dishes, utensils, pots and pans, linens, towels, wash cloths, cleaning items etc. Just pack your bags and your gear and head out on your adventure. This may be a smaller travel trailer but she comes with a big slide out that provides ample room inside for comfort. True queen size bed 60"x80" and a u shaped dinette that converts to a full size bed. Small bathroom has toilet and shower. Kitchen with 3 burner stove, oven and microwave. A/C, Heat and Larger Fridge. This Rv is also equipped with Solar power and 2000w inverter. Please note- This RV is not made for rough offroading terrain as it does not have the ground clearance for such. What's includedWe are including everything you need for a comfortable, no hassle stay. Some items included are, Clean fresh linens for both beds, 4 bath towels, hand towels, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, silverware, cleaning supplies, Outdoor Blackstone grill, Outdoor rug, 4 camp chairs, folding outdoor table and so much more.
