What's includedHeavy duty weight equalizer tow hitch, tire pressure monitor, set of 4 microwave safe dinning wear, fresh linens for the queen bed and the full conversion bed, towels, extra blankets, pillows, septic safe toilet paper, Keurig, 4 camping chairs, giant jenga, giant connect four, playing cards such as "What Do You Meme?", paper towels, 1 cooking pot, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, step by step instructions on how to use everything, and all the tools you need to hook up the electric, water, and septic systems.
Will deliver with extra charge up to a 65 mile radius.
Recommendations1.) Make sure your vehicle can tow this trailer. If you're not sure, check your car's manual or google your exact cars maximum tow capacity. It is best to account for 500 pounds minimum below your maximum weight. Make sure to account for luggage and guests in your towing vehicle to the math when calculating. I really wouldn't recommend anything less than 5,000lbs in towing capacity.
2.) I recommend getting gas in your towing vehicle before hooking it on to the trailer/pick up. It could be a pain in the butt to maneuver the trailer in a small gas station that may not have high enough stalls to fit your trailer. The best bet is to always get gas at big truck stops so you know you will have room and the top of the gas station will be tall enough for the trailer with is about 10.2 feet tall.
3.) Although I will be providing a detail instruction booklet on how to use everything and properly take care of all the systems, it may help to watch some beginner RV "How To" tutorials on YouTube.com or on my own YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCRkp4fJaCCHn2xvD2vphNIA
4.) If you are not using a full hook-up campsite, I can’t guarantee everything will work properly without the use of a generator.
I recommend going wherever your heart desires! I have no milage charge so you can take this trailer as far and as long as you please.
Other things to note1.) Please be kind to the trailer. Treat it as if it were your own by cleaning up, driving slow, and being mindful of other cars and objects at the camp grounds.
2.) Please don't put hot objects on top of the laminate countertops without a rubber pad of some kind under the object.
3.) If you leave the camper for a long period of time and you leave your pet in it, please make sure they're crated. Any damages they make will come out of the security deposit.
4.) Roll the awning up every night before going to bed or whenever you leave the area for a long period of time. If it starts getting windy or raining heavily, please immediately roll the awning up for awning aren't made to withstand a lot of wind and heavy snow or rain.
5.) No smoking inside the trailer.
6.) Please make sure to use the checklist for setting up and taking down thoroughly to ensure no tools are left behind, the trailer stays in good condition, and you are staying safe while you are on your vacation.
7.) At the end of the trip, throw away all trash, put all bed sheets and towels in a pile, and clean up any mess you may see. Just keep the trailer in as close to the clean condition as it was when it was picked up, but I don't expect perfection so no need to deep clean it or anything like that. Just picked up is fine.
8.) Do NOT drive with completely full tanks. This is how the tanks and brackets can get ruined and it is a huge safety hazard with the added weight to your towing vehicle. If you add water at a different station at the campgrounds, just drive very slow and carefully until you reach your camping site.
9.) Make sure to drain black, grey water, and fresh water at the end of your trip. This will be an extra charge if you have not done it due to the safety hazard of the extra weight on the tanks/ brackets/ towing vehicle and the biohazard I will have to endure by draining it after your trip. Please don't make me drain your sewage (:
10.) Always be in the mindset to not be in a rush and slow down when handling the trailer. It is better to take your time and do things right than to rush and mess something up or compromise your safety.
11.) HAVE FUN! If you have any questions, feel free to reach out or watch any of the videos provided. I'm easy to get ahold of and it's always best to ask questions rather than to guess.
12.) Please leave a review and feel free to add recommendations. I'm always looking to better myself and the business and I would greatly appreciate it!

Hello! I started this business because of my love for the outdoors. I always say, I'd rather spend my money on experiences instead of material goods. I want to share this experience with as many people as I can and assist in making it an amazing memory.

Rules and policies

  • Pet friendly
  • Music festival friendly
  • Tailgating friendly
  • No smoking
  • Unlimited mileage
1. No smoking inside the vehicle. If I can smell signs of smoke, I will charge a $100 cleaning fee that will come out of the deposit.
2. Don't use awning in high winds or rain. If you leave the campsite for an extended period of time or when you go to bed, roll the awning back in. If it is broken due to neglect, that will come out of the security deposit or filed as a claim depending on the quoted damage cost from a professional.
3. Treat it with care and return it as clean as you can. It doesn't have to be perfect but if it is a mess, I will take out an extra $50 from your security deposit for a cleaning fee.
4. Anything that is broken or left behind will come out of the security deposit. Depending on what that item is, the amount will be charged for market value cost.
5. If you bring your pets, please watch them and make sure they are not tearing anything up. If you are gone for an extended period of time, either crate them or leave them outside. Any damage they make will come out of the security deposit depending on the amount of damage and the quoted market price to fix it from an rv professional. Also, make sure to clean up after them right away if they make a mess.
6. Don't flush any wipes or feminine products down the toilet. Only use septic safe toilet paper that is provided. If you run out and need to purchase more, only use septic or rv safe toilet paper or this could clog pipes. If pipes get clogged, that will come out of the security deposit depending on the market value cost from an rv maintenance shop.
7. Make sure to keep the tow hitch locked. If it is stolen, I will file a claim for $1,000 to replace it.
8. Drive safely and carefully. Always check the tire pressure and don't drive like crazy. It is very danger for you, your passengers, and can cause serious damage to the trailer.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
I prefer you show up and drop off as close to the time as possible BUT I'm flexible. Things happen and I will not hold you to a very strict timeframe if that's the case. All I ask is if you know you'll be late, please just let me know that you'll be late and why.

Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Yes, there are several. I want all my renters to have a relaxing and care-free vacation so I have created a detailed booklet on how to use and work everything in the trailer. If you have any questions that are not on the booklet, you can always reach out to me and ask. The key is to just take things slow, think things through, and use the checklists I have provided.

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
In the booklet and videos I have created, you will see everything you will need to set up, drain, and take down all of these things. It may help to watch a few "How To" YouTube videos before the trip so you have a better idea how to do it. I have also provided all of the equipment you need so you can be sure that you are 100% ready to go.

Q.What are some resources I can use to learn about the RV ahead of time?
A.
There are many videos on YouTube that teach you how to properly set up and take down the RV. I have made my own YouTube channel to help with this as you can see below. I have also provided other channels of experienced RV owners that you can watch as well: My Channel- https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCRkp4fJaCCHn2xvD2vphNIA Other useful Channels- https://www.youtube.com/c/KeepYourDaydreamTv
