Large leather couch opens to queen size bed. Additional love seat with electric recline feature. Gracious Master Bedroom with King bed, large closet and lots of additional storage closets, full size dresser, tv, and plentiful windows for outdoor views. Full bathroom with more space than most RVs. Large shower with deep soaking tub. Also has a half bath with sink and toilet. 3 slide outs ensuring a spacious interior. Tons of storage underneath RV. 2 large awnings provide excellent outdoor living space with small outside tv. Excellent air conditioner and heater keeps temperature comfortable no matter what the conditions are outside. RV sleeps 4 comfortably. Hope you enjoy!This camper also offers stationary rental. Located and hooked up down hill near our home but does include privacy. Has huge lake for fishing , sandbar for swimming, paths for hiking, large awnings for chilling, pellet grill included for smoking or grilling, or enjoy a campfire . There is also access to river with a small sandbar when river is down. Our home is new so it doesn’t show on maps yet. We also have a small frenchie dog named dexter that is very friendly. Rates are different and lower with stationary rental and only a 2 day minimum stay. Dates would need to be requested as well to make sure there available. All clean lining included.What's includedIncludes clean linens, towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, kitchen utensils with pots and pans. Laundry detergent. Other things to noteThis camper only offers delivery if taking to another camp site, no pickup.
