But a close second is easily Vanny McVanFace.Vanny McVanFace comes fully equipped for a quick weekend road trip out of town or a long-term adventure out of state. We are only a quick 30 minute drive from the SLO airport. Just bring clothes, bedding, toiletries and food and you’re set!Vanny McVanFace is the largest size van to still be able to fit in standard parking spaces. And with the built in back-up camera, maneuvering her is even easier than a truck, so you will have no trouble getting used to our adventure mobile.Vanny McVanFace is equipped with solar panels powering all the electrical, a King bed, seating for 2, toilet, shower, TV, microwave, sink, propane stove, fridge, heater and water/electrical hookup.The van also comes with 2 lounge chairs, bedding and all the kitchen utensils you’ll need.Additional features include: Interior LED lighting, electrical outlets, various USB-A ports, camping table and Apple CarPlay StereoYou will receive 125 free miles PER night with your reservation.We are flexible with the pick up and drop off time, just coordinate with us ahead of time.Contact us prior to booking for Burning Man!Notes:

Hi, I am a bay area engineer with a passion for cars and anything DIY. My fist car camping adventure was overloading the Mendocino National Forrest in a Jeep Rubicon outfitted for off grid camping. I was hooked. Since then, my dream has been to build my own recreational off grid camper with all the comfort and amenities to take me anywhere in the United States. My dad and I worked nonstop every weekend for two months completing this build and I am super happy and proud of what we accomplished. Enjoy the Vaneroonie, take pictures and share where you take her on your travels!

Pets are welcome! We have no problems with your furry friends as long as they are well behaved and picked up after. Currently only dogs allowed. Be sure to bring a chew toy so they don't use the van as a chew toy.

Izzy was responsive and easy to connect with when picking up and dropping off the van. We'd owned a very similar van a couple of years ago so it was easy to figure. Had a wonderful trip to Doran Park in Bodega Bay!

I enjoyed the solo van life. I had a great experience taking it to Yosemite. This van made me realize how badly I want one as well.
