Phin's Den is ready for your adventure. It has an easy hitch hook up and can even be towed with any midsize SUV because of its lightweight design. It has plenty of storage space inside and out. It features a slide-out with jack-knife sofa that allows for versatility. The rear features a queen size bed with a mounted TV. The kitchen offers a convection oven and 2 burner stove. The outside features a 10 foot awning with LED lights and outdoor speakers.What's includedWe want your trip to be comfortable and carefree. We provide a welcome kit along with the following:
Single K-cup coffee maker, cups, plates, eating utensils, pots and pans, spices, cleaning products, paper products, fans, linens, towels, trash cans/bags, outside lights, 4 outdoor chairs, electric blackstone with hood, folding table and games.

- Please treat our investment (the RV) as if it were your investment
- No smoking, vaping, or burning of incense (in/outside RV near open windows)
- No leaving children and/or uncrated pets unattended in RV
- No climbing on roof
- Do not leave awning out unattended or during high winds
- No towing behind camper or after camper is delivered
- keep RV doors locked when in transit or unattended
- remove personal items/food
- Turn water off to camper if leaving for extended period of time
- wash and dry dishes/cookware, return to storage
- dispose of trash
- empty blank tank
