Sorry no pets, no smoking & no towing. The roof of the RV is off limits. Unit must be returned in the same condition as when it was picked up. Jake was terrific...the motor home not so much! Had trouble everytime we tried to roll in the awning, we had to continually pull down on the support arms to help it roll up. The LED lights under the canopy did not work, everytime we tried to plug something in outside we would trip a breaker.
I called Jake each time we had an issue and he either answered right a way or called me back within minutes. He was extremely helpful and apologetic.

Though there were several last minute issues with the motor coach we rented, Bankston was “on-top-of-it” and provided a discount for what could not be fixed immediately. They answered the phone when we called and remained helpful through-out the entire rental. Thanks everyone!
