DUMP $75 CHARGE WILL BE ASSESSED IF THERE ARE ITEMS FLUSHED DOWN THE TOILET OTHER THAN TOILET PAPERS OR CLOGGED SINKS DUE TO NEGLIGENCE.
KEY REPLACEMENT $50 CHARGE WILL BE ASSESSED IF ALL KEYS ARE NOT RETURNED.
SHORE-POWER ELECTRICAL CORD REPLACEMENT $150 TO REPLACE DAMAGED ELECTRICAL SHORE POWER CORD $75 TO REPLACE 50AMP ADAPTER.
SEWER HOSE REPLACEMENT $100 TO REPLACE LOST OR MISPLACED SEWER HOSE AND/OR ADAPTERS.
SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. SMOKING IN THIS UNIT WILL BE CAUSE FOR FORFEITURE OF ALL SECURITY DEPOSITS AND MAY WARRANT ADDITIONAL FEES.
DAMAGE TO FURNITURE, EXCESSIVE CLEANING FEE OF $125 PENDING DAMAGE ASSESSMENT.
DAMAGES TO ANY AND ALL OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT.

Best RV trip we have taken. Megan has thought of everything you need to make the stay feel like you are at home. Megan was an excellent communicator aside from being super kind and friendly! Toby was clean, and everything worked perfectly. We will definitely be renting one of Megan's RV's next time we are in the area.
