Please Note: This listing is for delivery and setup only. You cannot drive this coach, but I would be happy to deliver it to your campsite, driveway, or wherever there is a legal place to park it.The coach has approximately 300 square feet of living space. Living room / kitchen wall slides out for maximum floor space when you are parked. It is like a small, private house on wheels.You can be "off grid" while staying here if no hookups are available by utilizing the 7,500 watt diesel generator (powers both AC units as well as all other electrical features). This coach also has one of the largest propane tanks around that powers the heat, water heater, and stove.Renter responsible for all utility charges, sewer dumping, maintenance, and parking or campsite costs during rental. I can orient you to the motorhome upon delivery so you understand all the features.What's includedI will set up the RV for you with fresh linens, towels, etc. upon pickup. Please leave everything the way you found it when you return the RV. I will also include kitchen supplies for cooking and eating. There is plenty of space both inside the RV and in the storage bays below for your personal belongings.RecommendationsI have used this RV for camping, both at sites that have full hookups and others that don't. You can use this RV year-round as it has a great furnace for the winter and two powerful AC units for the hot summer months.Other things to notePlease note that you will be responsible for the RV and everything associated with it during the rental period. Unfortunately, I can't let you drive it, but it can still be a fun rental if you have the right spot to park it. We need to discuss the delivery and parking in advance of booking. Please take care of the RV as if it were your own so others can also enjoy it. Thank you!
