The Coachmen Concord is recognized as a step above the rest in the RV industry. From the ease of driving, plush interior and smooth ride, you will feel like you are staying in a 5-star Hotel. Concord is well suited to accommodate 2 people for that romantic getaway complete with mood lighting indoors and outdoors. Enjoy the indoor electric fireplace for extra heat or for ambiance. Concord also has room to accommodate that small family of 4-6 if need be.We are located right at the north end of Lake of the Ozarks. Very easy to get to from St. Louis or Kansas City area on your way to the lake. We provide free, secure parking, or you can make arrangements for us to deliver Concord to your selected camp site.

We are able to deliver Concord to the campsite of your choice or to your home, to make more room for your extended family and guest.
Delivery includes:
Setting up the camper inside and out and connecting all the utilities. We take care of dumping the tanks, disconnecting the utilities, and prepping Concord for it's return home. You simply clean, sweep, and dispose of all trashWhat's includedAccommodations for 6 people-

If you choose to take the Damage Protection, I will reduce the Security Deposit to $750.00Grey/Black water tanks must be returned empty unless Tank Dump option is purchased as an Add-on to rental.
The coach must be returned clean in the same condition it was received in. Please take out all the trash, sweep all floors and remove your food, except the staples provided.
Fuel tanks should be filled or a $20 fee +the cost of refueling that will be taken out of the security deposit.
Propane does not need to be filled if it is above 1/2 full.
Concord does not do well off road or on uneven ground. Therefore, Concord is not to be taken off-road in any way. Tires are checked and verified before each rental and the guest is responsible for any tire or other damage/repair.
Concord does have a GPS device attached to her so that we are able to find her if she gets lost.
While we do allow furry co-pilots (Dogs ONLY), you are still responsible for cleaning up after your pet, including hair/food/liquids/debris/etc... Additionally, you will be responsible for any damage caused by the pet!
Post Trip cleaning does not cover any sort of pet mess, excessive sand/dirt/mud, stains, rips, tears, missing/broken items or components, Etc... Extra cleaning needing will be charged against your security deposit.
Guests are STRONGLY encouraged to extensively photograph/video record the coach, both inside and out, before and after the rental, so that you have your own record of the condition of the vehicle before and after the trip, including photos of the dash showing mileage and fuel level. Also be sure to photograph the levels panel showing the status of the holding tanks, the propane tank, and the generator hours.Absolutely No one is allowed to access the roof for any reason. The roof is inspected before and after each rental. Be aware of all overhead obstructions. Damages to the roof and its components, can be very expensive.Drop off is 8-9am and Pick up is 3-4pm, but we can be flexible if pre arranged ahead of time. Specify what time works best for you and we will do our best to accommodate.Absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING inside the RV, Including CANNABIS and their odors. Any smoking or vaping will result in a forfeiture of $1000 from your security deposit and additional charges for cleaning/smoke mitigation.We must be contacted before doing any repairs on the RV for any reimbursements to be considered.

We are located at the N. end of Lake of the Ozarks on Hwy 52. We are very easy to get to. We have an indoor facility that all of our RV's and trailers are parked inside, cleaned and maintained. We are very busy Memorial Weekend through September. We do mostly Full Service Deliveries. We deliver to your site of choice, set up, take down and return to our facility. We take care of dumping the waste tanks. We provide all the linens/pillows for the beds, towels, soap and shampoo. Most all cooking utensils you will need. Coffee pot, coffee, Pam, veg. oil, paper plates, paper towels, plastic ware, outside table and chairs. Our RV's and trailers can be rented for camping trips, ball games, racing events, animal shows, extended rooms to your house/cabins or pretty much anything you need them for.
