New 2021 model GeoPro 20BHS.
Wanting to go camping, but the larger campers seem intimidatingly? From bumper to hitch this camper is only 21' 1" long, and very easy to pull. I provide the Equal-I-zer stabilizer hitch. This one is very sturdy and unlike some of the chain ones does not need to be adjusted and you will soon forget you are even pulling anything.
With its compact size, its perfect for that road trip or accommodating a few out of town guests in your own driveway. Sleeps 6 (4 adults/2 kids)...The bunks are ideal for kids, but two smaller adults could sleep in them. This RV comes with the following:Inside Camper:

RecommendationsThis RV is ideal for anything from boondocking off the grid, to state parks, to even an extra place or out of town guests staying at your place. I have personally taken this to a few parks, camped off the grid, and yes even had guest use it when staying at my house...thought they'd never want to leave.Other things to noteThis is my personal camper but I don't use it more than 1x a month so thought I would put on here for others to use. We do our best to keep it in new condition and expect any renter to do the same.No pets or smoking of any kind inside.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
The RV is located in St. Peters near I-70 and TR Hughes and can meet you at a nice level parking lot such as Kohls or The Home Depot. If you want it waiting for you at destination I can drop off at a residence, campsite, or other location for the fees specified in listing.

Q.Do I need to have a fresh water supply?
A.
This camper comes with a 31 gallon fresh water tank with filters for off grid use. If you run out of that, then you would need to to add more to have water. For trips of more than 3 days without a water supply I would suggest showering at a bath house if available and use the fresh water for sink, toilet, etc...

Q.Do I need to have an electric hookup?
A.
While electric hookups are ideal, I can provide an 3500 inverter that runs on gas for $50/reservation. I will fill it up before reservation and it needs to be filled upon return or incur a $20 refilling fee. On normal days it can run 10-14 hours or so on a gallon or two of gas.

Q.Will this camper fit in my driveway?
A.
The camper is just under 22' from bumper to hitch and about 10' wide with the slide in. The slide is on the drivers side, so if you wanted it extended I would make sure its on the correct side of driveway. One thing to note when using in driveway is the slope angle. Its possible to level campers on uneven surfaces to a point, but you really don't want it on too steep of a surface.
