Any accident requiring body shop work will result in the full loss of your security deposit. We have our vehicles professionally maintained every 5000 miles and cover the cost of unexpected mechanical issues when they're within the understandable lifespan of a given part. Beyond normal wear and tear, you are responsible for all included items and damages to the exterior and interior of the van during the course of your rental. WE HAD AN AMAZING TIME! The camper was fully stocked and even though we didn't use some things, I felt over-prepared and safe. We slept in the camper every night and even my 6'2'' partner was comfortable and happy. It drives great and the length of the trip didn't need nearly as much gas as I anticipated. Went around all the national parks in Utah and Arizona and had a very nice birthday trip. The communication and customer service was so helpful and gracious, I would absolutely use Vegas Campers again for our next trip. By far the smoothest camper rental I have used so far. Cannot express how happy I am to have travelled with such ease. Definitely the best deal for all that they provided. Thank you all and we'll see you again soon!!

As a first time, this experience was great and hands on. It felt good to be out on the open road and have all of the things that I needed. The team was very responsive and had a ton of resources for a first time van exploration. I also ended up using the trip guides which gave me some great tips for Death Valley national park. It was a great time!
