With 7 seat belts you don't have to worry about safety. With an overhead bunk, a conversion dinette and a queen bed, you can sleep 5 people comfortably and 6 if you are really comfortable with your RV mates. AC and furnace for your climate control needs. Lots of storage in this RV! Shower, toilet, kitchen/bathroom sink, microwave, fridge and stove. It's got everything you need for your week-long getaway. What's includedFresh linens, table, camping chairs, toilet paper, paper towels, fold-out tableRecommendationsThere are a number of campgrounds within a 50-mile radius of Anza and there are lots of beautiful mountains and places to explore! Lake Hemet is a close one and Dripping Springs is a great campground as well on the way to Temecula. The Desert is just around the corner for the perfect desert getaway. Other things to noteIf you would like to check it out before renting we can arrange a meeting.1) Before starting generator MAKE SURE AC IS OFF.
2) Make sure water pump is off if connected to city water. If using Microwave make sure AC is off.
3) Be cautious of high winds before awning use. It's its too windy do not use.
4) Use provided surge protector and water pressure regulatory when hooking up at campgrounds.
