2021 Dutchmen Kodiak Ultimate
Welcome to a home away from home! This 33 foot travel trailer (37 with tongue) has all the comforts of home, wherever you park it. Three slides make this trailer go from ok to large and comfortable. The main bedroom has a queen bed that is separate from the rest of the trailer. The bunkhouse will sleep 4 (each in their own beds!) If more sleeping area is needed, the sofa will fold out into a full bed, bringing the total sleeping capacity up to 10 people. The trailer comes with a 50" Samsung LED smart TV and fireplace in the main area for a comfortable evening in. Outside has an electric powered refrigerator for easy access, along with a sink and covered area. Linen included for beds, along with kitchen utensils, dishes, & pot/pans.What's includedIncluded with rental is: fresh linens for beds, camping chairs, dishes, pots/pans, & silverware. Propane gas tanks will be full on take out. Other things to notePets are welcome, but please be considerate to our trailer. Extra cleaning fees can occur.
This trailer is a non-smoking zone. $1,000 cleaning fee will incur if this policy is not adhered to. This includes pipes, cigar, cigarettes, candles, vapes, and anything that can be lit and inhaled.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Appointment times will need to be made for pickup and drop off. We will be meeting in a parking lot, as the RV is usually stored on the military base, so it is not open to all. Please let us know if you are military, as we do give military discounts and you can pick it up at Nellis AFB
Q.Can I rent for Burning Man?

Q.Do you offer a Military Discount?

Yes, we do! Active and retired military, with valid identification, will receive a 10% discount on rentals under 8 days. Long term rates can be evaluated at time of booking, as discounts do not stack.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
We will give you a detailed list of how things work and a walk through when picking up the trailer.
